Unless you have money to throw away I would steer clear of this company. I was a frequent customer in my early college days (5 years ago) but the quality and customer service has gone downhill. BtownMenus /website is poorly created and I’ve had delivery drivers drop off food at the wrong house. As a customer with over 100 uses with no complaints... I had to fight them tooth and nail to get them to refund my money...

Today... just three deliveries later (it’s been about 6 months to a year as I refused to use their service until their owner responded to my email with an apology, which he finally did) BtownMenus changed my delivery address after I selected the “reorder” option of a previous order that had the correct address listed. Needless to say, the food was delivered to that other address and customer service was unwilling (able?) to remedy the issue. I called my bank to have them issue a chargeback, but I have to wait for the charge to go through before they can mark this company down for the fraudulent charge.

If you want cold food, useless customer service, and the chance to pay for someone else’s dinner, then I would recommend this company.

This company lets their drivers take their sweet time to deliver. I’ve literally watched a driver be one block from my house with my food only to show up an hour later with cold, disgusting food. And then when they do show up they’re rude. I would recommend using any other delivery service in town.

The company has been very rude, demanding numerous things to prove wrong orders. Just recently gave customers a $3 credit automatically, for orders being delivered over an hour. I am giving them one last chance tonight, and I am taking my business to grubbhub

BtownMenus is so easy to use and it saves your old orders so you can just reorder them! It only shows you options that are open so you don’t have to deal with figuring out what options are actually available at the moment!

I put it in twice and BtownMenus didn’t accept. There is enough money to more than cover. Entered card twice. Still didn’t work

If I had more options for food delivery I would go with some other app. Ridiculous extra charges- processing fees, delivery fees, sales tax... like how much extra do y’all want to charge. Puts order total up at least $10 every time. Anyways, does get the job done but never a financially responsible move ordering from BtownMenus. You’re better off calling in your food for self pickup. My 2 cents peace.

I order from here all the time and am never disappointed. I just wish I had more self control.

Every time I have used your delivery service I have been very satisfied. It’s so nice to be able to get home delivery, from quality restaurants.

These guys went above and beyond to keep a safe environment for their employees while helping to keep the local economy moving during a difficult time. Love these guys. Thank you for all that you do.

Would be nice to have more restaurants with tracking feature.

I ordered takeout on accident thinking I was ordering delivery. Turns out I paid 8 dollars in fees for a PICKUP order on a 19 dollar order. They scam you and don’t tell you about added fees. They also don’t let you cancel. Literally use any other app. Don’t support this disgusting money grab just because it has Btown on it. A disgrace to the city.

One of the worst delivery service providers I’ve ever used. I try over and over again, constantly disappointed. The platform tracking system is sub par, BtownMenus tells you that the delivery is on it’s way & an hour later still no show and there is no way for the customer to communicate with the driver. Crazy high processing, tax etc. Do not download.

Wings are always piping hot and prepared with the correct sauces. Delivery certainly takes awhile, but it somehow gets here hot. Their circle cheese fries are the bomb. Love their sauces! Especially garlic parm!

I placed an order on Friday, 2/12. It took almost 2.5hrs for the food to get delivered and when it finally arrived it was literally freezing cold. No communication from the driver or the restaurant to let us know it would take so long. The estimated time for delivery was 45-55mins when the food was ordered!! Terrible service!!

Love BTown menus... offers the best selection of what the city has to offer and great customer service all around.

Took an hour to arrive, but was hot and delicious, just like in-house. Best Indian food in town. Well worth the wait!

3 hour wait for food never delivered told me they could refund and would give 20 dollar credit instead gave me a 5 dollar credit. Like I said this is a scam of an app just use Grubhub or any other legitimate delivery app oh they also just marked it as delivered and never gave me it

I ordered food at 845 pm on a Monday night, just a normal large pizza and after calling the driver numerous times and the store was not refunded and when finally came in contact with the driver at 11pm he had told me he ate my pizza. If this doesn’t describe how they do buisness I don’t know what else does.

BtownMenus dosent allow you to talk to people while they have your food. Has no clue what your address is and where too be. BtownMenus is absolutely terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone at all!!!
