Unless you have money to throw away I would steer clear of this company. I was a frequent customer in my early college days (5 years ago) but the quality and customer service has gone downhill. The app/website is poorly created and I’ve had delivery drivers drop off food at the wrong house. As a customer with over 100 uses with no complaints... I had to fight them tooth and nail to get them to refund my money...
Today... just three deliveries later (it’s been about 6 months to a year as I refused to use their service until their owner responded to my email with an apology, which he finally did) the app changed my delivery address after I selected the “reorder” option of a previous order that had the correct address listed. Needless to say, the food was delivered to that other address and customer service was unwilling (able?) to remedy the issue. I called my bank to have them issue a chargeback, but I have to wait for the charge to go through before they can mark this company down for the fraudulent charge.
If you want cold food, useless customer service, and the chance to pay for someone else’s dinner, then I would recommend this company.

If I had more options for food delivery I would go with some other app. Ridiculous extra charges- processing fees, delivery fees, sales tax... like how much extra do y’all want to charge. Puts order total up at least $10 every time. Anyways, does get the job done but never a financially responsible move ordering from this app. You’re better off calling in your food for self pickup. My 2 cents peace.

I ordered takeout on accident thinking I was ordering delivery. Turns out I paid 8 dollars in fees for a PICKUP order on a 19 dollar order. They scam you and don’t tell you about added fees. They also don’t let you cancel. Literally use any other app. Don’t support this disgusting money grab just because it has Btown on it. A disgrace to the city.
