New Update on Apple phones is useless

NBCmobileapplication worked well and was straight forward for paying bills or transferring money. I was forced to update NBCmobileapplication before I could enter into my accounts, big mistake. I can’t see anything related to my accounts now. I have tried to reinstall or click on different links to figure out how to see my accounts but nothing works. I directed to the loans section, which I do not have, and only this section. It’s a shame. NBCmobileapplication was really convenient but now it’s useless and taking up space. Maybe it’s an apple issue. Maybe not.

Slow won’t load anything but my balance. Other banks are so far ahead of NBCmobileapplication. It won’t take my phone number. Tells me to try again later. Later is never comes....ugh

I honestly thinking about switching bank because of their lack of commitment to technology.
Slow performance

The UI is still clunky and not as polished compared to other banks’ apps.
Performance is subpar. It is rather slow.
There are also many lurking bugs that have not been solved. Sending Interac transfers sometimes fails without any error description.
User friendly

NBCmobileapplication is easy to use and does have a nice build up, stable and efficient... it delivers and saves lot of time and you see all on the go!

I have my bank accounts on my tablet as well as my 84 year old mother. I can’t get an e-statement on hers and have no clue!,,, the bank is no help

I use it for credit card. It’s easy. I can log in qi5 my email and my statements are in NBCmobileapplication too.
