It is new. It has some bugs to work out

So far every time I’ve tried to do a deposit a check i have to take 25 pics of the same check before it will accept it. Yes all information was there and I did nothing different. No change between pics. The last time I used it I had to call the bank to get the money to actually get deposited into my account. The old system worked for me and I never had an issue with my money not being in the account or having to take lots of pics before it would accept it.

App looks million times better than the previous app, but it’s a million times less reliable. Always failing to refresh on the first time and takes ages to load other pages.

The check deposit system is awful now.

We much prefer the older app than this one. On the older app you could sign up to receive text messages only when a debit card was used and it would give you the amount it was used for and the balance on the account. Now if you sign up for notifications, it sends you every amount that is taken out of the bank at all times of day and nightand it does not give you the current balance. Makes it much harder to keep track of when there’s more than one person using the account almost enough to make me want to change banks.

Not able to update app due to my phone is in a different lower ISO rating. Not able to deposit checks or anything now without having to drive to bank across town at lunch time if I have an hour time frame. Not happy about this change

App will not open, used to work fine. Not sure what the problem is, can anyone help?

I liked the old app so much better. I got a text message every morning with my account balance as well as a message each time I used my debit card or if there was any activity. The messages are not sent anymore and I don’t like that I have to set up alerts just to get them. I don’t even know how to get the daily balance message and it was so helpful.

New system down for last several days for mobile deposit I was finally able to complete Hope it improves is

FNBCT itself isn’t too bad but the new text notifications are absolutely horrible and annoying 🤦‍♀️ I wish it were still the simple “card #•••• was used for $… at (place) balance $…”

These new text notifications are ridiculous. Idk what card was used or where. I don’t get the balance and it sends the same transaction more than once. It also doesn’t say if it is credit or debit.

I like the newest version of FNBCT . I would like to see the balance displayed after each transaction, I have other accounts that do this an it’s easier for me to ensure my account is in good standing.

I like it. I’m getting used to it!
