How to fix World of Hyatt app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the World of Hyatt app on iPhone
Update World of Hyatt app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall World of Hyatt iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix World of Hyatt on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve World of Hyatt network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

World of Hyatt Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix World of Hyatt not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the World of Hyatt App
1. On android, goto Settings » World of Hyatt » click [Force Stop]

Update World of Hyatt to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear World of Hyatt App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » World of Hyatt » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart World of Hyatt.

Fix World of Hyatt unable to contact server/ World of Hyatt internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click World of Hyatt » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto World of Hyatt » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
