To whom it may concern, I am sending this message to let you know that I am finding a difficulty to pay for my hostel. Basically, Hostelworld is not accepting my payments. Is there anything you could do regarding this matter? Thank you and regards Javier Joseph Formosa
It says something went wrong, when I try to book
Hello, I can’t seem to see who else is coming to the hostel so I can get to know people before I meet them. It keeps saying “Something went wrong” after I agree to the terms and conditions and privacy notice.
I cant view current bookings in the app. Recent issue...it was fine for years

Hi, I'm having an issue with signing into the app on iOS, I have cleared my cache, deleted/reinstalled the app and turned off prevent cross trackers. I'm unable to sign in as it is just saying too many redirects whenever I click to log in
