Why is your app not working and almost all of your kids rides in San Antonio are not open . We travelled here and bought a platinum pass. Not impressed

When I try to login it states error but doesn’t say what the problem is

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SeaWorld app issues:

Force Stop the SeaWorld App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SeaWorld app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SeaWorld to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SeaWorld App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SeaWorld app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
