Since the new update and look INGNetherlands has been terrible.
I opened an ING account in Belgium but INGNetherlands is only made for the ones opened in the Netherlands, so it's totally unusable, thanks for this narrow minded App to exist! I'd give it a ZERO star rating if possible ;-)
Last update breaks security! App no longer asks for Touch ID when opening after it is in background. Anyone can open and view balances, no security. Most of the time. Despite proper settings. Must hard reset INGNetherlands and then open it again.
I would avoid INGNetherlands if I could, but I am forced to activate Debit card with it. What a pile of “you know what”. Continues to say “Check Your Internet Connection” on last validation step. Horrible user experience.
Updated INGNetherlands and now I cannot login anymore
Everytime ING plans an update functionality is taken away. From one click overview we’re now at 3 clicks and no overview.
Allocating less money to ux is obvious!
The security measures in INGNetherlands or ludicrous. Right now I am trying to login but for that I need to confirm on INGNetherlands and INGNetherlands complains that it doesn’t have a phone number which I can only supply by logging in. In other words I’m stuck. This seems to happen every time I try to use the website
It’s a great app but why do transfers require FaceID AND my pin? One should be enough. Ruins the whole point of FaceID.
Very clean, modern and simple design. All the features you would expect from a modern app like Siri and TouchID integration. Now just waiting for Apple pay..

As a Dutch bank ING made a very nice app with English UI!
