Last update breaks security! App no longer asks for Touch ID when opening after it is in background. Anyone can open and view balances, no security. Most of the time. Despite proper settings. Must hard reset the app and then open it again.

Terrible app and complex banking

I would avoid this app if I could, but I am forced to activate Debit card with it. What a pile of “you know what”. Continues to say “Check Your Internet Connection” on last validation step. Horrible user experience.

Everytime ING plans an update functionality is taken away. From one click overview we’re now at 3 clicks and no overview.

Allocating less money to ux is obvious!
