Raza com International Calling Reviews

I created an account for my mom, put $5 as test. It took the money from account but didn’t show up in RazacomInternationalCalling . Same thing I created account for my dad put $10 it took the money but didn’t come to RazacomInternationalCalling . I logged out and try to log back in but it won’t let me. But when I log in with same email and password in the website then I can log in. I’m changing to BOSS Rev

They only have a few customer service employee. Some of them switch up names to assist you if your not satisfied with the customer service you will still be stuck in the same loop. There is no manager on site. I have been using RazacomInternationalCalling for a while, use to use their cards. RazacomInternationalCalling is horrible. Created a new account recently. The email won’t let me log on saying “record not found” when I go under forgot password I do get the email back with the password but RazacomInternationalCalling won’t register the account saying account not registered. I called in for help the customer service assistant got all my personal information including my full credit card and we unable to fix my my log in issue. How do we know our personal information is not bring sold especially credit card information. I gave it three stars because even though RazacomInternationalCalling is horrible once the set up is up and running the system works. But there is way to much trust being put forth on these guys who most likely are running a scam, maybe robbing people of their personal information there is no way of knowing.

Please try to give the ability to paste when on the keypad screen. Also it would be nice to be able to save the numbers with names. Also recent call list needs to be on some sort of timed order. Thanks

The Reason I gave 4 is It doesn’t show recent calls on the top and we have to search for the recent calls. If I choose someone to call from the oct18 it shows Oct18 on the top. I wish you guys need to fix it.

I have been using RazacomInternationalCalling for quite a while now and i have only one word to say B.E.S.T. Initially there was a issue when RazacomInternationalCalling use to crash but they fixed and now it works like a charm and makes my + whole family’s life easy since we dont have to dial access number anymore. I love it totally. It makes calling as well as recharging so easy. Even my grandma is hooked to it and is always talking on the phone now. It's very user friendly.

Overall has been working well , some glitches happen but very economical

I really appreciate the service no problem with connecting and today I have to setup new account for my dad and Juwarya help me on phone to setup his account excellent service she done a great job.

I have been using Raza for years now because the prices are very reasonable and I have never had any issues with them! It makes calling my home land so easy.

I use RazacomInternationalCalling to call to Pakistan and other countries as well and so far I don’t see any glitches and other issue with in RazacomInternationalCalling. Very easy to use and has no unnecessary option good thing is there is no Add so it’s safe as well. As far as CSR they all are very good, Professional and good amount of knowledge to make customer satisfies.

I have been a costumer for a long time , almost 10 years . I would not recommend any other calling cards . Customer service is reliable . Connection is great . Good value for money .

Have been using Raza for about 12 years now and previously you would need to dial the number but with app calling and recharging is so easy. Thank you Raza for making the communication possible specially the time when whatsapp was not so widespread and even now if I suspect internet issue, I know I have Raza to call as if it was a local call and not international.

RazacomInternationalCalling had made international calling very easy. Syeda was the representative to recommend it and she was very kind and helpful. Now I can easily make calls from RazacomInternationalCalling and also recharge my account without calling. Highly recommend RazacomInternationalCalling !

I would give RazacomInternationalCalling a 5 star only if would allow on dial pad ability to paste any copied number and allow dialing it.
Otherwise good app and does what is needed.

The call quickly has improved a lot

RAZA has offered a great service at low cost for all my international calls. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends for efficient and low cost services they offer for international calls. I commend their management especially Hafiza for their great customer relations.

I really love RazacomInternationalCalling. I got free min just on signing up. Its very easy to make calls straight from my contact list. Moreover i can see the remaining balance as well as the system prompts the minutes remaining once u place the call.
I would also give 5 stars to their customer service. These guys are amazing.
