I created an account for my mom, put $5 as test. It took the money from account but didn’t show up in the app. Same thing I created account for my dad put $10 it took the money but didn’t come to the app. I logged out and try to log back in but it won’t let me. But when I log in with same email and password in the website then I can log in. I’m changing to BOSS Rev

They only have a few customer service employee. Some of them switch up names to assist you if your not satisfied with the customer service you will still be stuck in the same loop. There is no manager on site. I have been using the app for a while, use to use their cards. The app is horrible. Created a new account recently. The email won’t let me log on saying “record not found” when I go under forgot password I do get the email back with the password but the app won’t register the account saying account not registered. I called in for help the customer service assistant got all my personal information including my full credit card and we unable to fix my my log in issue. How do we know our personal information is not bring sold especially credit card information. I gave it three stars because even though the app is horrible once the set up is up and running the system works. But there is way to much trust being put forth on these guys who most likely are running a scam, maybe robbing people of their personal information there is no way of knowing.

Please try to give the ability to paste when on the keypad screen. Also it would be nice to be able to save the numbers with names. Also recent call list needs to be on some sort of timed order. Thanks
