I paid $127 for 5 pairs of shoes wich was a good deal. After a month I received 4 out of 5 pairs of shoes. I wrote them and told them I never received the 5th pair, they asked me to send them a picture of the shoes I didn’t receive after they took my order history down off the website but luckily I had already screenshot a pic of it before hand, so I sent the pic they requested. They then asked me to send them pictures of the packages my other shoes came in, which I couldn’t because I had already threw the bags away. (Who’s going to keep scuffed up gray plastic bags????) so their resolution was to offer me a $5 cash coupon for the shoes I spent $32 USD on. Im deleting ChicMe and I will never shop with this company ever again nor will I ever recommend this company to my friends or family. And I paid through Afterpay which has no protection for customers in situations like this so I can’t even dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back because if I do it will freeze up my Afterpay account and I use Afterpay in other stores. Smh I got the $hi**y end of the stick on this one🤦🏽‍♀️

This place is the worse!! Clothes are too tight and not sized correctly and if you try to return you will NEVER get in contact !! Had to use a what’s up app only for them not even respond to that! So then triedAnd email only for them to tell me they would be willing to give me 30% of my refund back after I returned the merchandise noting that I’m paying to return the merchandise and they were only gonna give me 30% credit back on it I hadn’t even had it 30 days and it took them a whole month to even send me the merchandise so I ended up going through my bank to refund me my money back because they were not willing to! nor did anyone else respond to my email after I stated I was not OK with that

ChicMe is fraud and the company is a fraud!!!! Ordered 11/22 still haven’t received order. Reached out to resolve and they tell me since December the are “looking into logistics”. No phone number to contact live person. Same person just keeps responding with no resolution. Then “this app” started spoofing their emails and spamming my email inbox with hundreds of emails regarding “points”. Filing claim with my credit card company. Horrible customer service and poor resolution.

Update:
Everyone having an issue with delivery and no response for a refund other the run around, needs to Report this company to IC3. I Still have no resolution. Ordered in November and still giving me the answers in January. SCAM!!!!!! FRAUD!!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If I could rate this company as a zero I would. I never received my order after 6 months of waiting the first time (staying in contact with customer support & tracking it). They then told me that my package was lost. They asked if I wanted to re-order & told me it would take 20-30 days max. I agreed to re-order. It has now been an additional 3 months & again my package stopped in California & never made it from there. Apparently it was lost a 2nd time. Not sure how that happens. I am very frustrated & will not be ordering from this company again. I also haven’t received my refund yet, so I may just be out the money too. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

I order couple of dresses from this website thinking that it was going to be good or at least decent material. Absolutely nothing was worth to keep. The material and the dresses were so poorly made, everything was almost see through. The worse thing is that they don’t allow you to return something before asking them. I didn’t know that until after i have return the items back to them. Apparently, if you follow the return process on ChicMe it doesn’t count because the address there is not the correct place to send the items. The worse thing is that i had to pay to send the items back because they don’t cover that either. At this point i was so fed up with the customer service and contacted support and they were not able to help me with anything. Now i don’t know what is going to happened with my refund. All they offer was a 30% discount on the next purchase, and I don’t even want that i just want my full refund for my purchase and the return fee.

This site is absolutely ridiculous! First off the clothing is poorly made. Very cheap looking. I measured myself and the items still didn’t fit. I have been trying to return all the clothes I ordered and that is just awful. Everyone I try to click on support the page goes blank. No actual phone number for customer service support. Nothing. I filled out a ticket. No response. I Facebook messaged. No response. I’ve tried every way to contact these people and no response. I want a full refund. I am disappointed. If I could of have it a zero. I would have. Waited almost 2 months for items that are not the same colors as pictures. Doesn’t fit. And looks awful.

I wish I could give this ZERO START But unfortunately it doesn’t let me. I don’t even know where to start, I usually order from SHEIN and I have amazing experience with them. Then I saw ChicMe and I thought why not? Maybe they are good too like Shein. Ohhhh I was wrong! They are the worse! I have never buy anything soo cheap looking like this clothes! I order two dresses and they are horrible and see through! I tried emailing them back and forth for over a month and I stilling havent receive my money back. Then I thought well I should've stay with the dresses but for what? Its see through and soo bad quality. I can’t even use it to go to the beach. Its horrible! Stay away and save your money !

I’ve been waiting almost 2 months now for my packages. I ordered them thinking I’d give them time to get here for my vacation in May. Well today is May 4th & i leave May11th & my packages have not been sent out yet! Terrible customer service also! I tried accessing the chat multiple times & got no one. THEN when i finally did, they closed the chat when i asked why the packages haven’t been shipped! Now every time i try to access the chat, the page shuts down. Like literally the chat isn’t an option for me. Not even in ChicMe which i downloaded in hopes or reaching someone. Don’t fall for them trying to assist you once you leave a bad review either THEY ARE A SCAM! DO NOT SPEND $ WITH THEM.

Don’t download ChicMe. Yes the clothes are cute but this is a scam. My order took almost two months to arrive during which I never received updates. And this was a fun surprise, by the time my package arrived I had gotten three emails that the items I wanted (and had already paid for weeks before when they were well in stock) were sold out. And not only did they not refund me for them, they just have me a $5 coupon. This company has some serious things to work on. I will not be buying from them again. The clothes are already pretty pricey so you would think that would mean great customer service and shipping. No customer service didn’t do anything to help me. All I got were automated responses.

This website is horrible. Yes, the clothes look nice and they seem affordable. Yet, they take forever to send your items. I’ve been waiting for a month now and my delivery is still in pending status with Fed Ex to be sent. Prior to my order being sent to Fed Ex, the status of my shipment was stalled. I had to contact Chic me directly in order to get movement on my purchase, and once again it has been over a month and I still have not received anything or have any knowledge as to when my clothing will arrive. I contacted the website for a refund and they stated the clothes have to be sent back to them in order for me to receive my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS AT A REASONABLE ARRIVAL TIME.

I NEVER has written a review in my life. This website is a horrible scam. I ordered 5 items on April 19th. I JUST got 3 of the 5 items (on June 3rd) after complaining the order was not shipped on may 8th. I got my half of my order almost two months after ordering and the other 2 items haven’t even shipped yet. To make everything worse the 3 items I received looked NOTHING like the photo and did nothing match the description at all. SCAMMMM!!! I messaged the customer support (which is nearly impossible to find) and told them I would be returning the 3 and to not even bother sending the other 2. To which they quickly changed the status to shipped but when looking at the tracking it says the label was created but not shipped. ChicMe is a horrible scam I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy. HORRIBLE.

Oh my. This company. this app, they’re in the UK, so you have to wait until late at night for any communication from them.
They base all their sizes on European sizes so depending on what you order, you may be stuck with it if it doesn’t fit. (Even though I was told not to worry, they have a warehouse in the states for returns)
It takes a good month to get to you. It takes about a week just to leave their warehouse once it’s been confirmed your order has been paid for. The return policy list is that the following items cannot be exchanged or returned: swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits,swimwear, jewelry, wigs, masks and accessories. The address for returns isn’t the address your package comes in. For returns you need to email them to request a return. They’ll ask you what you’re returning and go from there. Patience is a virtue with this company.

I used this website a few time before and so far it was ok. Always took forever to get my items but they’d arrive at some point. Forget about returns or refunds.
NOW it turns out I have more than a month waiting for an order... they said they sent a confirmation email for me to reply which I never received, and therefore they had to cancel my order. I just received the confirmation of payment email saying the amount of items, price order confirmation number and my order was in process. They supposedly refunded my money which I haven’t received and cancelled my order. When I check my email I don’t see any cancellation email, in ChicMe the order shows as paid, and I don’t happen to receive my items or my Money.
It’s been a back and forth for a month, and I still have no money or clothes in my hands.
Never using ChicMe again. They’re a scam

This is the most unreliable site that u can imagine to purchase your stuff ..a real scammer.
Don’t even bother to look the good price and nice picture in this site coz u only pay for it but they gonna deliver you the cheapest items and the rest is history ... they don’t deliver everything and they will promise you to deliver again and you gonna wait for century until u can’t access to your own account when u sign in and if you will try to retrieve your password all your order history is gone as in no trace at all that you can’t access their costumer service anymore coz you don’t have records that how they stole the money of their costumer.... that’s why they don’t put contact number in their website so is much easy for them to manipulate their system. Hope this reviews will help others coz it’s not a fair what they’re doing to their costumer..

Horrible company stole my money and I got nothing in return please keep your money there are plenty other places to shop that aren’t scam artist! Ordered two items contacted customer service immediately when I saw how delayed shipping was. The customer agent said he or she had canceled it turn around few day they I haven’t received my refund and the company tells me oh it because we went ahead and shipped the items so now we can’t give you a refund. Apparently the items “shipped” still never received them I contact them again now it’s I have to file a claim with the shipping service because it’s their fault not chic me scammers fault. Do the claim and then they say well we can’t do a refund cause the items were shipped out and we already paid the shipping company. I wouldn’t waste my money on this hot garbage ever again. And I advise you not to either!
It forces you to leave at least one star cause they don’t deserve any.

I have not even bought anything because I could tell right away that this entire website is a cash scam. Deleted ChicMe . Please let me explain what I mean by “scam.” (1) When you click on a photo of something it takes you to a list of items, not the item you clicked. (2) Every single photo is edited. The models and the clothing is clearly photoshopped, so you have no way to know what you’d even be getting. (3) These EXACT items can be found on SHEIN and other websites with the REAL original photos at half the price. (4) All of the models have plastic surgery, edited out cellulite, and edited skin color, etc, which would make it impossible for you to know how any item will fit a normal person. (5) Fake 5* reviews saying how great the company is … to hide all of the real 1* reviews complaining about products and customer service. I advise people to stay away from fraudulent business practices like these. You have no way to get your money back after they screw you.

I will give it two stars, but in all honesty it’s like SHEIN only more pricy , and not as good customer service. I bought a $40 dress from here and it came in a month. Shein shipping takes WAY less time. The dress was also pretty cheap looking for the price. It looked like the picture but I couldn’t get past the material. I did return it , ship it back. The return process is pretty long and not that easy. There’s no return bottom like SHEIN has on their page. You literally have to find a customer service email and email that you would like to return your item. After you ship it back, you have to take a picture of the receipt . That process also takes about a month, but it did take me about two months because I had to remind them about my return. If I didn’t remind them of the return, I wouldn’t have gotten my money back. I’ll stick to SHEIN

I absolutely adore most of the clothing and accessories they have to offer. However, ChicMe itself has a lot to be desired. The “chat“ or support that they offer in case you have a technical difficulty takes at least 24 hours to get back to you and when they do, it doesn’t matter anyway because it seems that they do not understand the language I speak (American English) well enough to answer my question. And I’m giving them that excuse. All I wanted to know was, “how can I delete an item that is already listed in my order/cart?” So basically it seems that you have to totally delete the entire order and start over. So take notes ladies & write down what products you have in your cart in case things get screwed up...!

I am so in love with all the products I have tried with this app. My only complaints are that it always takes around 2 weeks to ship products to me, so if you need your things ASAP then be patient because they never get to me in Virginia very quickly. All of their products run a little small, so if you’re a medium in the US then on this app get a large. I love EVERYTHING else about them, the quality of their products are amazing, and the product’s prices are phenomenal before shipping, love them!

Let’s say it wasn’t just yesterday I ordered. I tried to make a wishlist. To pace my purchases ya know. Well I went back today for even more, and restarted another wish list. We’ll see how that goes. 😂!

A lot of there stuff I see on here I see on the Wish App, while the wish app is not much better an is a hit or miss; it’s cheap an some of the stuff on there clothes an other stuff included are pretty good. ChicMe I haven’t even got anything an it seems a bit sketch, an on top of that a lot of the reviews aren’t good so I wouldn’t recommend using ChicMe for those reasons. Go to another app that you know will be good for your money and have actual good services.

I purchased three items and the first one was shipped with the wrong size and the other did not look like the picture and the third was super tiny! I will NEVER order from this company again! Plus they were not helpful and could not give me the correct size pants just offered 15% off and a $20 coupon. They can keep there coupon and discount. I refuse to purchase anything from this app again!

Do not buy in this application the sizes are wrong and to send the package back is a problem there is to write to them by mail and they answer you at dawn and they do not always answer you they say they give you 20% to almost nothing because the articles almost all cost 30 for up and the article came to me with a strong bad smell as saved well we recommend it I lost the order I made and the money

Do not buy anything from this site! My husband tried to surprise me by buying some things for me and it has now been well over a month and nothing has arrived! Also, we were told one of the items was out of stock and a refund was never issued for that item. That item was of $40 in value... Plus every time I attempt to message support I get the same response just reworded... so basically that’s $200 thrown out the window

I ordered a dress for my grandmother’s 90th birthday party. I placed the order 2 weeks in advance and the dress arrived the day of the party (I had already left town). Luckily, I had purchased a backup dress from a local store before I left town. Got home only to see basically a yellow (not even the correct shade of yellow) frock!! The sleeves on the dress I received looked nothing like the dress from the online store and the dresses pockets stick out to the sides, do not form to the body at all!!! Truly a blessing that I had purchased a backup and that this dress did not arrive before I left town as it would have ruined my entire weekend.

Refund has been requested.... we shall see how that goes

I ordered my items over a month ago and yet they don’t no where it is or what’s goin on with my stuff when I contact them they said it’s processing or in the sorting area but comes back and say we can’t say where your packages is because it’s from a different store. If I was goin to have all this goin on I woulda got my stuff off wish atleast their customer service will give you information on your stuff find out what’s goin on and REFUND you. And atleast wish gives you a date on when to expect the stuff

I ordered two dresses for my daughters homecoming and no dresses ever came after I paid for them. A week after order they messaged me on ChicMe and said one dress was out of stock a week later. Wow! I was blown away about this company’s horrible customer service. They I got back on the site a they deleted my whole account as if I never purchased a dresses. Luckily I screen shot my orders because this is only proof I have because they deleted my account. I still have not received any information about my refund. I’m surprised this company is still in business.

Please do not buy from this garbage company. To start, none of the sizing is accurate. The mediums fit like a small to medium on the bottom but an extra large up top. The clothes were draping off my wife up top. Second, the material is thin and cheap. The kind of material you use for children’s arts and crafts projects. Strait up garbage. Last but certainly not least, if you are looking to complain about any of the items that you purchased or are looking for a return and refund you might as well not waste your time and just count your losses. Some of the worst customer service or should I say non-existent customer service I’ve ever encountered. Run, don’t walk, run away.

So because it was only $20, I’m cool. These people took 4 weeks after I paid to send me an email that what I ordered was out of stock. Haha. But they definitely took my money first though lol. Thieves. The one start is because they have very nice stuff you can window shop at haha freaking people are seriously a joke guys. I know it’s hard to resist because it’s very very nice stuff. I really don’t like that you can only see the option in one color. So on the phone you can BARELY see what any of the other colors of the same item looks like and that’s a big TURN OFF for me. From what I read it takes forever to get the item and I don’t want to buy a color I can’t see and end up not liking and need to return it. Then I read that returns and exchanges are a no go so who wants to go thru all of that!! NEED BETTER PICS!!

This is a greet app it works really well, this company has really inexpensive items at a decent quality some much better than others you hace to read the reviews and really pay attention to what you're buying but the return policy is amazing for some coupon

They always answer ur questions on time the dress is exactly like the picture very sexy it takes a few weeks but it’s definitely going to come I will be ordering again
