BravoPokerLive is so deficient it’s hard to capture all of the issues in a single review. The ui is so clunky and unresponsive. The search function is laughable; BravoPokerLive often doesn’t update the location when I am traveling and want to see rooms near my current location. Want to search somewhere else or view a map? don’t bother. Constantly unlinks my cards and logs me out. Doesn’t show accurate numbers of waitlists in card rooms. These are just a few of the issues. It’s hard to understand how the endeavor to create an app for Bravo could result in such a poor quality interface.

If I could give BravoPokerLive zero stars I would. I’ve been messing around with BravoPokerLive and the website in combination for almost 30 minutes with no success. I am a college educated man who is very capable. BravoPokerLive keeps saying there is an error when I try to login. The website does recognize my login, but will not let me continue to check in. I would be embarrassed to be associated with BravoPokerLive or this website.

All this effort to play at the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa. I’m going to use PokerAtlas and just go to the Win Derby on Saint Pete. Apparently my money will spend.

For those who read this and wonder what’s up, there is a 49 person wait list at the Hard Rock, driving there and waiting when only 13 tables are playing is like signing up to wait 2-3 hours before you get a seat.

Having an app with web check-in is a must for any self respecting casino, which the Hard Rock is not one so the egg is on my face.

App performs and looks like it was designed and built by a teenager from 2007. Won’t allow you to login even after verifying on the website that my password is correct. I would recommend BravoPokerLive to someone I wanted to torture.

BravoPokerLive is not user friendly at all. It looks like it was made in 1990 and never had a update. So many bugs. A new competitor needs to come in and take over because BravoPokerLive does not care about the users at all.

I don’t understand how you could create something so terrible, even if it was your intention to do so. App loading, navigation, refreshes that kick you back to other pages, it’s consistently shocking. Give up on the nonsense framework your using and write a native app.

BravoPokerLive could be so good if the people created it still cared about BravoPokerLive and poker world. BravoPokerLive literally signs you out every 2-4 days and does always load right it’s a shame they should see it someone who would take care of app and spend the money to update it.

I can’t believe multi-million dollar establishments look at BravoPokerLive and agree to have it represent their card room. Probably because it’s the cheapest app. Poker Atlas is way better and I wish my cardroom never switched from it. I usually go to another room now.

I downloaded and went to the tutorial to try to and find out how to sign up for a wait list and says i need a player card which makes sense but doesn’t even have the option to put in players card where it says it does

Tried to clear my info and start over and it says user already has an acct. We will send u a email to reset your locked account but never does!!

Extremely hard to move through BravoPokerLive . BravoPokerLive lags non stop (not my wifi, happens everywhere). Doesn’t give you solid details about the tournaments and games coming up. Crappy app guys, delete or do better.

SUGGESTION: Poker Atlas app or their website is the main one that keeps everything up to date.

I almost never leave reviews but I am very frustrated. I wish all cards rooms would leave this platform so I could delete BravoPokerLive. Almost no working functions at this point. Can’t even see the game list most of the time, let alone sign up. Hasn’t been updated in over a year?? Do they even care?

It’s almost hilarious how hard BravoPokerLive is to use. The most used buttons are in the worst possible places. On iPhone, you cannot hit the refresh button because it activates the phone’s home button. Swiping left to right does not work. This is, by far, the worst app on my phone. Hopefully there will be another option soon.

This new update is horrible. The "favorites" function doesn't work. When favorites are clicked on, they all disappear as soon as you exit BravoPokerLive , so you have to go and identify them all again, which is a total waste of time. Hard to believe a new update could screw something as simple as this function. I'll be looking for another way unless it's fixed asap.

For the little BravoPokerLive needs to do it does it horribly. App is unresponsive, logs you out constantly, and quite often doesn’t work at all. Signed up multiple times for games only to show up and have nothing at the check in desk.

Card rooms stay away from this crap service or ask for accountability as part of your contract; just waiting to get an email apologizing for a data breach.

Do better bravo; this is sad.

BravoPokerLive looks worse than a website in the 90s. I can’t even believe someone can publish something that looks this bad in 2022. Can they not afford to hire a UI designer or a front end developer to make it look like it’s from this century?

The functionality is okay. It does a few good things. But it’s very hard to get past the look. If I was the company that produced BravoPokerLive I would be embarrassed to show it to others. Seriously I can’t believe this isn’t a joke.

Won’t even let me log in. Says “error occurred” if i type in the correct password, and says “wrong password or email” when i type in the incorrect password. So it knows the information is correct and just doesn’t work.
The is no customer service to contact to help. I do password reset and still never logs me in.

Also has incorrect table information. Don’t understand why I’m seeing advertisements for BravoPokerLive that doesn’t work and has 1.6 stars

I don’t know what development system they use to write this in, but it’s ignorant of all standard iOS features. For example, entering your email password combo is torturous because it doesn’t even use standard iOS. Text entry fields so you can’t save your password and have it auto entered. Worse it occasionally log you out and if you didn’t save your password then you have to use the password recovery feature, which doesn’t work. Eventually, you might get an email. Just a terrible terrible app.

The newest update no longer gives confirmation for being checked in. I arrived at the casino and sure enough I'm not on the list. I logged out. Relogged in readded my players cards still the same issue

BravoPokerLive does not show a lot of the casinos within my range. I’m literally 3 minutes away from my closest casino and it’s listed within the 100 mile radius. I was hoping to use BravoPokerLive to scout neighboring casinos as I like to bounce around during the weekends.

Great concept. Allows players to see the game and pre-register online. But app lags and it’s unbearable sometimes. Have to restart/reboot many times till app is not glitching. Please fix it. Ty
