Same problem as posting above. PLT Hub app says not connected in Red. iPhone Bluetooth says connected. Settings tab in app is grey and doesn’t work. Help! Can make and receive calls only.
Does the PLT Hub app not work for the Voyager legend location anymore?
Have a Plantronics Voyager 5200 serial #B/C749AR2 with firmware v.513. Have the latest version of Plantronics Hub downloaded and installed on an iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 15.4.1. The headset pairs with the iPhone and receive and place calls, however, I am unable to get the headset connected to the Hub app. After selecting "Voyager 5200 Series" in the dropdown in the app, all I see is "Not Connected" in red below the device selected. I have tried multiple times to clear all bluetooth connections on the phone. Deleting the Plantronics Hub app and re-installing. Resetting the headset to factory defaults. Powering devices off and on after changes are made. No matter what I try the headset will not connect to the Hub app. Help...please.
