Paint feature is not user friendly. Was only able to paint 1 item and then couldn’t get rid of paint brush. Any ideas??
Hi. Loving the app! But the share functionality has recently stopped working - I can share a PDF and. jPEG but the editable Keyplan file can’t be shared (or at least can’t be opened in an editable format by the recipient). Can you help?
Every time I open the app KEYPLAN 3D it is requiring me to download all of my PURCHASED addendums! I don’t want to do this every time I want to do my edits to an existing plan!!! Thank you! Help!
I have made several room plans, but I can no longer find them once I open the app. I do not see a way to locate the floor plans. Why did they disappear and where can I find them? Also, I purchased the full package and do not have access to many of the items (cars, workout equipment, sidewalks, porches, etc.) like I thought I was going to be getting.
I can see my Plan file names in my iCloud Drive. But the Keyplan app doesn’t see them. They won’t open directly from iCloud either. How do I get them to talk to one another again?
All my plans are gone. How can I retrieve them?
My app seems to have deleted most of my purchase options. Ie items that were original but now no longer available. This means that it has deleted all these items from saved designs. I’ve paid for them why are they now so limited and now completely destroyed my saved plans
Hello, I am currently facing some problems with one of my rooms. Particularly that the ground is grass. Also I can’t make a porch. I am building a house on your app to see and to demonstrate what it is that I'm going to be building. The app is fantastic so far, even though I am facing a couple of things. My wife created a 3d plan for a garage on an IPad. She sent the .kpl file via text message and again by email. The Keyplan logo with correct name shows up in both accounts on my IPHONE. When I tap the image, the only options I get are copy, forward, etc. it does not open the file in Keyplan 3d
I have purchased the outdoor decorating design but I’m unable to lay down a driveway or a patio floor, it showed that they were available in the purchase of it.
