How to fix Hornet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hornet app on iPhone
Update Hornet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hornet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hornet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hornet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hornet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hornet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hornet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hornet » click [Force Stop]

Update Hornet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hornet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hornet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hornet.

Fix Hornet unable to contact server/ Hornet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hornet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hornet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
