Noom Weight Loss, Food Tracker Status

App crashes after entering a meal or snack. Every time. I have gone through the steps of removing app, force quitting iPhone, restarting, reinstalling app at least 10 times. Problem persists.

I'm not able to see/view/load Game: Nom's grocery grab 2 days in a row. The screen is blank when I click on the link. I've restarted the app and my iPhone, but still get the same result, the screen is blank (white) except for a back arrow, Share icon and bookmark at the top of the screen. The game doesn't load.

I cannot access my group. it has just completely disappeared. All payments are up to date

I’m a IPhone/Iwatch user. I love NOOM, though I can’t get update application. I want to log my water in Noom and not another App. Can anyone help with this?

Won’t let me post my weight

I have a paid subscription through Dec 2022. When opening the app this morning, I only see a completely white screen with the Noom logo in the upper left hand corner. I have restarted the phone a couple of times - no change. I have uninstalled the app and need help reinstalling without going through the lengthy quizzes to recreate a profile for me. I just want to get back to where I was - same profile, progress thus far, coach, group. I hope you can help because this was really working for me!

I'm using the Android Noom app on Galaxy 21 phone. App crashes whenever I press "close" after entering a meal. Tried a fresh install, but it didn't help.

On 10.20.1, latest version per Noom. Really slow to log meals, often freezes when entering meals. App changes calories goal in settings erratically, occurs almost daily, sometimes more than once per day, and will not allow a reset; have to do the math in my head with the right calorie goal. Doesn't connect with phone pedometer unless phone is rebooted....sometimes adds steps at beginning of day before I am out of bed. Talked and IM'd with Noom technical....they are "aware" of issues with latest Andriod version but have no idea when these will be fixed, just as soon as possible.

The app doesn't open. It freezes while I am trying to log my meals.

I have not been able to load Noom for the past day. I messaged Support last night and this morning. Both times, there is a template response "we are sorry...we will escalate with tecbnical support...yadayada". Still not working. I am in a trial period and was excited to use Noom again, but It's not looking too good so far.

Still not working after 1 week. Received a small credit but just fix it already.

Same issues as everyone else above. Home screen takes forever to load, logging meals from previous dates crashes. Gone through all the suggsted steps to get itvworking but it's still not optimal.

same issues as reported by many others. Very slow to load. Very long delays trying to enter meals. Can't remove items from meal - x option not responsive. This has been going on for past couple of weeks as others have reported. Tried clearing cache and restarting p;hone without any improvement.

First it was really slow and closing each meal after entry caused the entire app to crash...every single time. Today, I entered my steps again (had been on vacation and not done it for a while) and it added 500 calories to my allowance. That's not right and would cause me to gain a pound a week instead of lose. I don't know what's happened and I gotten used to having less functionality on Android than iOS but I've used Noom for years and never had problems like this. I'm going to have to find another app to meet my needs. I was a subscriber for 2 years and had great success but this isn't maintainable like this.

Noom app has been crashing for over a week now. I can only log one item at a time, be it to weigh-in, log meals, or log exercise, and sometimes it takes a few tries of closing and reopening the app. I'm not even interested in doing my tutorials anymore - this is just frustrating! This is a paid for service and it is broken. My google fit is not syncing anymore, and the issue with being able to log and correct exercise entries still isn't resolved. Do you even have a technical team? It's time to fix some of these issues! Uninstall and reinstall isn't a successful fix.

Galaxy note 20. Noom app keeps crashing on several pages. Freezes on loading page. Been like this for a few days. Super frustrating when you've paid so much for it.

App hasn't worked for over a week now., If this continues, I will be asking for a refund. I have already uninstalled and re-installed twice now.

Incorrect calories at start if day with big increases throughout the day beyond any steps/exercise allowance. Android on 10.20.0.

For over a week now app has frozen and then crashed after pushing any one button. Have to uninstall, re-install, and then try again to log the next thing. Now it won't even open. Just a blank app logo page.

App keeps crashing when trying to add meals, can add one meal then it crashes, if I add weight update same thing. Very frustrating. Worked fine until a week or so ago. Will be asking for refund if this doesn't resolve soon. I cleared data uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't solve the problem. Samsung phone.

The noom app lessons always work without crashing. When I enter my meals, weight, etc. It crashes multiple times. I can enter one meal, then it crashes when I try to enter another meal etc.

Started not working the same day the Noom subscription auto-renewed, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help, program won't even start up now, and can't get a refund for cancelling the subscription. Would not recommend Noom to anyone now. Anyone else being charged for software that they can't use with no refund available that might be filing a class action lawsuit?

Samsung Galaxy S21. App freezes, wont open, wont allow a password reste, completely useless. Ive deleted and reinstall. Same issues for days now.

App has been having issues for several days (very slow to load), but since yesterday I haven't been able to access it, despite following all the steps and tips they give. At least they could inform customers that there is an issue.

I just get white. Nothing happens except a box will come saying wait, close app, or??? I have restarted phone several times. Uninstalled and reinstalled. I got nothing.

I have done everything you have asked me to do...I just joined today and cannot access the app. Just a white screen with the logo

I downloaded on android Galaxy a10e, every time I login, it just crashes… then I go through all the steps listed on their site, end up redownloading, log in and it just crashes… again.

My home screen won't load so I basically can't use Noom. I can't access articles, log my water, meals, weight or exercise. I've force closed the app several times and I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, all to no avail. The Tech dept at Noom have not helped ad they've just told me to do what I've already done. I am getting very annoyed indeed ....
