I have just been charged $34.95 It has been charged Through Google Via my PayPal account, without you sending a invoice , so I don't know what I am paying for. This is not on, I'm not happy R mudgway
My Internet shut down yesterday and since then I am unable to connect my mobile keeps telling me I'm offline The panel is also saying system Error although working ok I am really worried about this as need when I am on holiday as my Alarm do go off for no reason!! Would you know what could be the problem as I have to pay for a subscription which wont be worth it if I cant get on my phone? Thank you and look forward to hearing from you Carol

So unreliable

I keep having to have my technician come to the house to fix problems. This is going on now for 6 months that I am going to disconnect the whole system and change it to something else. I have had enough and so have my neighbors from my alarm going off and not being able to remotely shut it off. What a disaster. Has even ruined vacations.
And now there is a subscription

So you pay for an alarm, you pay for a LAN module to have control over internet and now they lunched a pay ware subscription to access your alarm over the internet. So ridiculous
Doesn’t start up anymore

Since the last update the app doesn’t start up anymore. For an app with security-relevance that’s unacceptable. Overall, the app does not feel very professional nor user friendly.
