1 year agoMy Internet shut down yesterday and since then I am unable to connect my mobile keeps telling me I'm offline The panel is also saying system Error although working ok I am really worried about this as need when I am on holiday as my Alarm do go off for no reason!! Would you know what could be the problem as I have to pay for a subscription which wont be worth it if I cant get on my phone? Thank you and look forward to hearing from you Carol

I keep having to have my technician come to the house to fix problems. This is going on now for 6 months that I am going to disconnect the whole system and change it to something else. I have had enough and so have my neighbors from my alarm going off and not being able to remotely shut it off. What a disaster. Has even ruined vacations.

So you pay for an alarm, you pay for a LAN module to have control over internet and now they lunched a pay ware subscription to access your alarm over the internet. So ridiculous

Since the last update the app doesn’t start up anymore. For an app with security-relevance that’s unacceptable. Overall, the app does not feel very professional nor user friendly.
