I keep having to have my technician come to the house to fix problems. This is going on now for 6 months that I am going to disconnect the whole system and change it to something else. I have had enough and so have my neighbors from my alarm going off and not being able to remotely shut it off. What a disaster. Has even ruined vacations.

So you pay for an alarm, you pay for a LAN module to have control over internet and now they lunched a pay ware subscription to access your alarm over the internet. So ridiculous

Since the last update iRISCO doesn’t start up anymore. For an app with security-relevance that’s unacceptable. Overall, iRISCO does not feel very professional nor user friendly.

The newest version crashes before opening on iPhone X. An update is required immediately or iPhone X users will need to switch from this app to another alarm system.

Update ruined the system. Now the slider goes to unarmed by itself and can not activate alarm

Really bad to connect after update for iPhone X. 😡

iRISCO was functioning very well until the update. After the update it is slow and inefficient to use.

App works well, but please can you add seconds to the event log. It is often critical to know the exact time that an alarm was triggered.

It's doing the work, I'm able to control my system from a distance and watch the house while there are alarms or just when I want to see if everything is ok. To summarize, I recommend it!

I have been trying to get a reply from irisco for over 3 weeks about not being able to subscribe to the app, rendering it useless but customer service is non existed. Poor service.

We are unable to arm or disarm our alarm with the app anymore why ?

Can not use the App. It won't let me arm or disarm the system. Been off for 2 days now.

First I bought this alarm because it had no cloud costs. It was therefore more expensive than other systems. 2 years after I bought you changed thé conditions and on top of an already expensive System I know have to pay cloud costs. This was not thé deal. I FEEL SWINDLED.... you guys are real crooks.

App keeps telling me panel off line since 01-01-01 Cannot arm my beams or bypass any other beams. Not a secure product Going to remove whole installation and go with another product ,

Hi I updated my iRISCO app. I can now no longer use it - the app sits in the Home Screen, but is not part of my app list and will not open or function. I can no longer manage the alarm from my phone. Can you please advise. I can from comments that the same thing has happened to other people? It seems to be a glitch - when will it be resolved? Thanks Simone
