Hi there I bought a set tracker watch for my daughter from Shein and when I try to pair the device I do not have a QR code or a registration number to input (there are a few possibilities that I have tried but they have not worked as they say binding failed). Please help extremely frustrated.

My app is asking for registration confirmation on trying to link the watch for the first time. The watch has not been linked to any device & new SIM card in it. Can you please help

Binding failure Authorization issue

HI, I HAVE JUST INSTALLED THE APP ON MY ANDROID PHONE WITH THE QR CODE. WHEN I GO IN ON SIGNUP I PUT MY EMAIL ADDRESS, THE THE NEXT BOX VERIFICATION CODE, THE IMAGE WITH THE CAPTCHA VERIFICATION CODE DOESNT LOAD, I KEEP CLICKING REFRESH AND NOTHING AND IT DOESNT ALLOW ME TO REGISTER WITHOUT THE VERIFICATION CODE.

The app wont let me back in. It did an update and now will not recognize my email. I lost everything. How do I get it back?

We bought settracker 2 watch for my kid from AMAZON site but every time it show the offline message at the time of linking the app with the watch. We could not be able to link with the gprs as it show some other location of watch and phone. Location of watch shows far from our home in the gprs. We also tried to send the message but it is not being received by my phone. Kindly advise and assist us where we should contact in UAE (Dubai) for the same. Only call is working but message is not going and time is showing incorrect in watch.

Im having issues in linking the IMEI86693046331204 and IMEI867171047787875 with my phone, it keeps saying that the please confirm the code but nothing happens after then. i have dowloaded the Setracker App and registered both the 2 kids but the issue is scanning the code and verifying the code. it keeps saying it failed. please assist.

Hi,I have a tracker watch for my kid and registered the watch a while ago.Now the Sim card is corrupt.I have a new sim card and want to know how do i register the new sim card with the new number.The old number keeps been present on the watch although i unbind it and have deleted the account numerous times.Need help please. We have bought kids smartwatch that binds with See tracker 2. Watch is new and on the first binding it requires an authorization from me as an admin. There is no e-mail that I can grant myself authorisation for the first binding. Can you please contact me or resolve this issue because we cannot use new watch we have purchased.

I'm using Setracker 2 APP but can't use the options in the APP and can't change the server url to Europe. Setracker website directed me to you for help. The watch functions well as a phone, but doesn't have any connection with the APP. I have a problem with SeTracker application. The problem is the do not disturb option does not work! Every time I enter the starting time and the ending time it tells me start time must be before end time but this is what I did but still does not except it!

We live in Costa Rica. I bought a SIM card but it doesn’t work with the watch, there is a sign of no service in the left up side.
