iRISCO App not working, has been working fine a few weeks ago. Says "iRISCO has stopped" then "iRISCO keeps stopping" close app Have done the following : Uninstall and Reinstall (ver 5.11.1.0007) Force Stop Clear App Data Clear App Cache Reboot Phone Android Phone Cat S41 ver 8.0.0 (no more updates available last update 2020) All other Apps work fine Storage used on phone 63% App Permissions (on or off still doesn't work)

Samsung Galaxy A5 gives message iRisco keeps stopping

When attempting to arm, either through the panel or the app, the message I receive is "System arm failed. Check event history." Nothing appears in the event history. Internet connection is ok. Wifi is ok. Please advise. Thank you

Hi my engineer who installed my alarm has altered the main code on the pad. Now I can't get my app working on my Samsung device. My wife and sons iPhone is ok but I keep getting locked out after 3 attempts entering the same password as they do. My engineer can't get to look till next week. Am I doing something wrong

Trying to add multiple sites, 2 different accounts but when Tring to add the second one will say incorrect password. Both accounts works fine individually when login separately. This worked fine before the app was updated to irisco

I have just changed my phone to a Google Pixel 6a, which has automatically upgraded to Android 13. The iRisco app loads OK but when I move the slider to set the alarm the screen greys out: the home button (top right of screen) followed by Current Site Home returns me to the slider screen. Is this an issue with the latest Android release?

I am getting a flashing warning continuously re locked out for 5 minutes. The soo was working fine up to yesterday. I downloaded the soo again same problem. Have removed it from my iPhone 14. What else must I do. On my husbands phone it’s perfect also an iPhone 14.

My alarm is going off and app on phone says panel not working ,so unable to turn alarm off

We have had the app for 2 - 3 years now all working fine however the connection to our router keeps dropping out rendering the app not connected and inoperable. I reconnect it every day twice a day by resetting the devices but the frustration levels are intolerable. What can we do to irradiate this issue?
