How to fix Wingstop app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wingstop app on iPhone
Update Wingstop app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wingstop iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wingstop on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wingstop network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Wingstop not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wingstop App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wingstop » click [Force Stop]

Update Wingstop to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wingstop App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wingstop » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wingstop.

Fix Wingstop unable to contact server/ Wingstop internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wingstop » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wingstop » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
