Tried to create an account but after I did I could not log in. Kept getting a password error. Tried changing password but still doesn't work. What's happening??

Re: non working gift card Received as a gift 3/28/2021 I have telephoned Bryan Warden store manager of JM 1770 S Randall Rd Geneva, IL 60134 4 times after sending photo of my non working $30 gift card on 9/18/23 (Gift card was purchased from this store) Bryan’s store phone: 630-845-9000 Cell: 630-988-1158 He has promised to fix the problem and call me back each time. He has yet to do either . Can you help? Please advise. Thank you, John RAKOW 630-899-9255
