Everytime I try logging in I keep getting an error has occurred message. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting my phone and nothing is working. I can't get in.

I downloaded the app yesterday and signed up for rewards however when I try to sign in it says and error has occurred. I tried changing my password and still get the same error. I uninstalled and installed again and I got the same message again. I tried changing my password which was successful but still get the error when I try to sign into the app. This is very frustrating. Who can help?

App will not take me to my cart to pay for my order and redeem my Friday free upsize coupon in the app. It says "Ordering is closed midnight-10:45pm" which makes no sense because that would mean the store is not open. When in fact they are open.
To whom it may concern: I am messaging y'all because for some strange, eerie, and weird reason the Smoothie King app won't allow me to log back in. I got a new phone and I logged out my old phone so that I could log into the new phone. Everytime I try logging in it says error an error has occurred and it won't allow me to login. I don't know what's going on here but I was hoping that I can get some type of assistance to see what's the problem 😕
When we order smoothies from our app it won’t pull up Peanut Butter as an add in. Called my store and they said they have Peanut Butter so had to order from my app then run in to have them add Peanut Butter which made it really annoying to order. Example ordered Chocolate Gladiator and wanted PB but the app wouldn’t give it to us.

Every time I log onto the app it tells me that there is a connection error. Network unreachable. I’ve restarted the app I’ve deleted the app and re-download it and nothing seems to work.
Smoothie King App hasn’t been allowing customers to order more than one smoothie at a time per purchase.
