Login not loading on app or website. Keeps crashing as soon as I try to login.

Payment doesn’t work whatsoever

I cannot log in and it will not email me to change password. Phone number under 318-436-6527

This app has SEVERE development issues. No one responding publically and no way to speak with anyone in person.

On the register screen it says email is invalid

I logged out of app and now I can’t login. Deleted and reinstalled app, still no luck. Same issue on website. Can’t login

My past orders aren't showing on the app. Where are they?

The app will only let me add one item. I'm trying to add two more items. How do I add the additional items?

App will not allow me to log in on new phone. I have been trying to log in and order for over an hour with no luck no matter how many times I’ve reset my password. Please fix this issue, you have lost a customer until you do.

New phone install the smoothie king app everytime I tried to log in it says error occured tried resetting the password still gave me same error message

Everytime I try logging in I keep getting an error has occurred message. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting my phone and nothing is working. I can't get in.

When I try to login to the app it keeps saying an error has occured.

I downloaded the app yesterday and signed up for rewards however when I try to sign in it says and error has occurred. I tried changing my password and still get the same error. I uninstalled and installed again and I got the same message again. I tried changing my password which was successful but still get the error when I try to sign into the app. This is very frustrating. Who can help?

Just bought new phone and app wont let me login. Keeps saying error . Even when I change my password. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!

App will not take me to my cart to pay for my order and redeem my Friday free upsize coupon in the app. It says "Ordering is closed midnight-10:45pm" which makes no sense because that would mean the store is not open. When in fact they are open.

To whom it may concern: I am messaging y'all because for some strange, eerie, and weird reason the Smoothie King app won't allow me to log back in. I got a new phone and I logged out my old phone so that I could log into the new phone. Everytime I try logging in it says error an error has occurred and it won't allow me to login. I don't know what's going on here but I was hoping that I can get some type of assistance to see what's the problem 😕

When we order smoothies from our app it won’t pull up Peanut Butter as an add in. Called my store and they said they have Peanut Butter so had to order from my app then run in to have them add Peanut Butter which made it really annoying to order. Example ordered Chocolate Gladiator and wanted PB but the app wouldn’t give it to us.

Every time I log onto the app it tells me that there is a connection error. Network unreachable. I’ve restarted the app I’ve deleted the app and re-download it and nothing seems to work.

Smoothie King App hasn’t been allowing customers to order more than one smoothie at a time per purchase.
