If you want an app that focuses on ads of where to shop at the airport, then this is your app. Exactly what everyone needs....more ways to stick advertised crap in your face.

I downloaded this specifically because I needed wait times as it described. This is not an option so I deleted FrankfurtAirportFRA

FrankfurtAirportFRA opens by playing a 15s video. It cuts your music, transmits to your home tv if you're using airplay, and if you interrupt the video FrankfurtAirportFRA crashes and will not open. Dreadful design.

Once you get past that, FrankfurtAirportFRA is unattractive and filled with spurious graphics that hide rather than enhance the useful content. It is possible to add several flights to the home screen to track them, except there's no way to refresh... You have to go into every individual flight one by one and refresh it. Additionally if you take the same flight every day or every week, you have to add it as a tracked flight every time. Badly thought through.

The airport maps are not detailed enough to be useful.

The English translations are in some cases a little confusing, e.g. "Save for later" actually means "Add to tracked flights" (not later but now).

Overall flawed and the way the video takes over all music or video playing on your phone (whether a song, a game, a news stream) is just terrible.

I got FrankfurtAirportFRA solely to have turn by turn navigation between gates. It worked 4 hours after the first download. The next day it stopped working. It simply shows my start location now. No matter how many times I repeat the search, try a new one, go back to the home page of FrankfurtAirportFRA , delete FrankfurtAirportFRA and reinstall it, change the settings on FrankfurtAirportFRA , nothing brings back the turn by turn feature. Since static maps don't show where stairs are located in FRA , FrankfurtAirportFRA is now useless to me.

you can find your flight, which terminal and which check-in counter, but you cannot find the gate information

Unable to find the location of any of the Hotels at the Airport, nor their street address; while an over abundance of fast food outlets fills lots of pages.

Really, zero stars. Stayed at the Sheraton -- which is IN the airport. Doesn't show on any map. Cannot get directions to my airline. I'm IN the airport and FrankfurtAirportFRA says it can't locate me (WiFi is on).
I don't think I have ever used such a useless App.

FrankfurtAirportFRA does not start at all, loads all the time but crashes after 15-20 secs!!! It has been like this since few months!

Use it all the time for travel purposes to Frankfurt.

Maps too small to read, won' enlarge. App seems to be mainly designed to take you to shopping. Waste of time.

FrankfurtAirportFRA worked well for me in the past but on my iPhone X running 11.3 it’s stuck in “loading data.”

Says anything you need for Frankfurt airport.

Best airport app I've seen

The map function alone makes FrankfurtAirportFRA worth it. They have various QC code points on the walls that allow you to scan and it locates your position, and can give you directions to where you want to go. Zoom in to see all the shops and high detail for navigating. Flight info is updated just as fast as airport info screens. Highly recommend.
