My acct is not reimbursing me

I keep trying to sign in with Facebook and then with my password and my email. It won't accept any of my passwords or my email and won't let me sign in at all to join

Hello, every time I try to log in it tells me my password is wrong. I change my password and it still won't let me log in. This has been a few days now, and it then tells me that the server is down.
