Inquiries are always answered with an auto reply directing you to the FAQs, and the instruction that if you can't find your answer there, feel free to contact them again. Basically, your first contact is pointless because they don't read it. And you get no reply when you resubmit your question. Unlike other shopping rebate or mobile coupon apps, there is no way to review your submitted receipt, so if you have multiple receipts and lose track of which is submitted already, there is no way to determine if you are submitting a receipt a second time. They are quick to let you know that you have submitted a duplicate receipt, or to tell you your rebate is denied, but other than that, you will not hear from them. It seems as if they are understaffed, and under utilized by manufactures, which makes me wonder if they are a viable enterprise. There are several apps which are far superior.
