Get Pricing Info for Shopmium- all of a sudden i am having issues with receipt redemptions - and there is no real feedback that is showing me where I am going wrong. Itβs very frustrating.

Limited products, longer than average turn-around time. Additionally, customer support is non-existent. Inquiries are always answered with an auto reply directing you to the FAQs, and the instruction that if you can't find your answer there, feel free to contact them again. Basically, your first contact is pointless because they don't read it. And you get no reply when you resubmit your question. Unlike other shopping rebate or mobile coupon apps, there is no way to review your submitted receipt, so if you have multiple receipts and lose track of which is submitted already, there is no way to determine if you are submitting a receipt a second time. They are quick to let you know that you have submitted a duplicate receipt, or to tell you your rebate is denied, but other than that, you will not hear from them. It seems as if they are understaffed, and under utilized by manufactures, which makes me wonder if they are a viable enterprise. There are several apps which are far superior.

This app offers little products that are useful and their new updated railed are terrible. Receipts no longer accepted from stores they worked with for years and all receipts with coupons are now denied. There are many better apps out there. Use Ibotta, Savingstar, Plenti, or checkout 51 instead.
This company is basically paying for copies of all your buying habits by seeing when and where you shop, how you pay etc. It's not a "coupon". Coupons I clip from a paper I pay for and they get nothing else in return from me except maybe my new found love and loyalty to a product. I will not continue to send all my personal shopping habits and upload receipts ( which who knows if payment information is coded on the barcodes some how to some stores!) to be treated like I am stealing.
So long shopmium. You lost a user, although your app was hard to use and offered very few products I had any real interest in to begin with.

The only thing I like about Shopmium is that when you redeem an offer and it's approved, the money goes straight to your paypal account instead of having to reach a $20 amount before cashing out like other apps. The problem is that you will never be able to redeem an offer and get your money because the app closes any time you try and upload a receipt. If you're persistent and try 5+ times, you can eventually get it to send, but each time it kicks you out you have to start the process from the beginning. The other problem is that it constantly reminds you that the last time the app was updated was over 24 hours ago, but it won't let you refresh it! I'm so fed up with trying to use this app. It's not worth the time and energy.
