Uncrate Reviews

I love Uncrate and the products they offer, but they have one of the worst customer service I have seen. You can’t reach them by phone (they tell you to leave a voicemail) and when you email them, it takes more than a day to get a response (if you get one). It’s definitely made the experience bad and I would think twice before ordering from them in the future.

Removing the Stash feature has stripped Uncrate of its core purpose. Without the ability to bookmark and curate items, this is nothing more than a storefront. The Stash was what made Uncrate unique and valuable. It let me save, organize, and come back to interesting and useful things, and then purchase directly from that curated list. Now that functionality is gone, along with years of items I had saved. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see the one feature that gave Uncrate a purpose removed.

This is a good app i check it regularly but I do have to suggestions and minor complaints. First I realize that you guys do not update over the weekend. This is OK but can you save some of the stuff that you usually update over the week and put it on the weekend. Secondly I have a suggestion can you update Uncrate for 3D Touch. Lastly there is a huge untapped potential in swiping the articles left or right and having options when you swipe them. For example stashing an article. Thanks

1. Too few new items per day.
2. Too many non-purchasable items (kickstarter, architecture not for sale, prototypes, etc).
3. Other than adding to the "stash," there is no way to personalize Uncrate . It would be nice (and profitable for this app) to allow a user to like/unlike items that allows an algorithm to provide content of specific interest to a user.

Stash doesn't work on Uncrate and is hard to find on the website. Why isn't there a stash/account button on the website?? Uncrate just gives me a ring of death every time I try to view it. Good content otherwise and updated occasionally though not as frequently as in years past.

Uncrate and brand has amazing content but there is one major flaw that has not been addressed for a while now. When scrolling through Stash on mobile, loading additional items causes the previous list to shuffle. Smoothing out this interface would make a huge difference.

Super cool stuff! Literally amazing and addictive to look through. Made a few purchases for Mother’s Day. Super easy via Apple Pay. Made an order by mistake and emailed customer service to cancel the order. I got a reply in under 10 minutes and my Apple Pay refund was issued virtually instantly. Simply awesome. I have stashed several other items away for later purchase. Can’t wait to shop through this app again. You can’t go wrong with this site!

This is the only review I ever have, and ever will write. this app has brought intriguing products into my life, which in turn have exposed me to new ideas. Uncrate has made me more cultured, and more knowledgeable. I can not recommend it strongly enough.

Uncrate works great, its sleek and minimalist. Its a great curated selection of items at all price ranges. I really enjoy looking at the products and “stashing” some of them for when I might want to buy or look at them again.

Im only leaving this review because this app assisted me with several orders that I needed assistance with and in every order they went above and beyond. 5 stars. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

Have had Uncrate on my iPad for many years now and I love it so much that I savor batches of content by waiting every week or two to scroll and enjoy. So, my only complaint is: I want moreee this app content because it’s SO good!

popular that I knows about months before due to Uncrate! Fashion, real estate, technology, etc this will keep you on top of it all! Uncrate is a hidden gem!

I have to agree with “Jamesbondswife” review. My boyfriend is extremely picky about everything and this app is the only place I can go to find stuff he’ll actually like and use. They started selling some of the things they write about themselves, and it makes it much quicker and easier to buy things found on Uncrate . Keep it up, and thanks for giving me a place to shop for my guy.

Update: all fixed now… a great app with fun content.

My images don’t load - just blank tile with text. Also, using the Share > Copy doesn’t format as a valid URL.

Not a big fan of the videos. I wish there was an option to filter them out of the feed. I feel like the videos move the this app app away from what it was built on. Love Uncrate , just not the videos

I have a lot of fun with this app. Have even purchased a few things from them, and it went well. Just wish free shipping was on a lower cost of orders.
Wish I could afford more, but love dreaming.

Love Uncrate , but after the latest “update” all the pictures that area clicks in to check out the product are grayed out, at least until you click it.

I’m not sure this app wants to advertise this, but since I’m a loyal, repeat customer, they treated me exceptionally well recently. I had one of their packages stolen from my front porch (video to prove it), and to my surprise they sent me a replacement package! I love this app!

Love Uncrate ! So many awesome places, things , ideas for a guy to ponder, purchase or dream about . Everyday I go to for inspiration , ideas or look for something no one has to buy. Keep up the great work .
