Hello When trying to switch on/off the Neo wifi switch through the app on my iPhone (remotely), I get "network not initialized". On the other hand, it works normally when connected to the same LAN network where the device is. In the past, it worked well in both ways. Thanks for your answer

When I try to use NEO the initial screen come up, but when I tap that screen I get a message that "The network is not initialized." This has always worked in the past. Gary Harkins

I’ve list contact with my Neo switches. Timers still working but I cannot access to change. No response from Ankuoo online and phone just rings.

Dears, Please be notified that I am unable to open neo app on my mobile device. Whenever I activate the QR and insert the password, it gets switched off. The portal is working fine on the laptop. All given actions were tried (refresh, restart, update, ….) Thanks AA

How to fix Neo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Neo app on iPhone
Update Neo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Neo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Neo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Neo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Neo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Neo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Neo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Neo » click [Force Stop]

Update Neo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Neo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Neo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Neo.

Fix Neo unable to contact server/ Neo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Neo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Neo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Neo
