Hello When trying to switch on/off the Neo wifi switch through the app on my iPhone (remotely), I get "network not initialized". On the other hand, it works normally when connected to the same LAN network where the device is. In the past, it worked well in both ways. Thanks for your answer

When I try to use NEO the initial screen come up, but when I tap that screen I get a message that "The network is not initialized." This has always worked in the past. Gary Harkins
I’ve list contact with my Neo switches. Timers still working but I cannot access to change. No response from Ankuoo online and phone just rings.
Dears, Please be notified that I am unable to open neo app on my mobile device. Whenever I activate the QR and insert the password, it gets switched off. The portal is working fine on the laptop. All given actions were tried (refresh, restart, update, ….) Thanks AA
