Terrible UI - and crashes constantly

We have been forced into this app at work. It is awful. The UI is horrendous. No matter what I am trying to do, there is no easy way to move around all the forms and selections. When I try to look at alternative flight options, the app crashes almost every time. When I fill out expense sheets, there is no logic to any auto population. Scrolling down the expense form is painful and slow. The English is nonsensical. What is an “incoming trip” under the “coming trips” section? There is no category for shipping. There is a category for pet expenses?!? (WTH) It makes you pick an exact time for an expense. There is no way to book a flight to one airport and back from another (round trip or independent one-ways are the only choice). However, you can return to a different location. How often is that happening ?!? If one leg is on Southwest, the app tells U there is an error and doesn’t tell U about Southwest rules forcing a separate booking.

This is month 8 on this app. The desktop web version is also a disaster.
