Unable to get IPTV+ to work it keeps showing cannot read media Need help Robin

My iPTV+ APP has stopped synchronising across my iOS devices. I updated my Apple TV and the iPTV lost all my Playlists. I still have them on my IPhone & iPad but does not synchronise.
