this app app horrible, Friday afternoon all the way til Monday morning no transactions will show up so you don’t know how much you are spending until Monday afternoon when all the transactions kick in.

HEBFU is probably one of the worst banks ive ever used. Their answer to every problem is freezing your account. I will be changing banks from them. HEBFCU is supposed to be helpful and it just caused them to freeze my account on a friday night saying they wont have a representative to unfreeze my account til monday morning. I work at a job 8-5:30 where i cannot use my phone and they are very strict. All of this is absolutely crap. All because of heb’s crap policies. Do not bank with heb and do not use HEBFCU. HEBFCU froze my account for no reason and the bank is prolonging it. My hard earned money isn’t accessible and idk when I’ll be able to access it again.

Every time I hit the more button on the bottom right, HEBFCU kicks me out

They don’t know much about zelle I have a problem as I changed my number and HEBFCU wants to text my old number to verify, called for help which you can never get the same day or on weekends and got an it’s new I’ll call you back with an answer that I never got. I’m still waiting by the way!The answering service is useless they can’t help you with a lot of issues.
I only continue to endure them because I’m too lazy to go somewhere else and set up a new account. But that day is surely coming! The only benefit I see is if you need your mo eu faster, you usually get your check deposited Wednesday evenings. Save yourself a headache bank somewhere else.

I like the appearance of HEBFCU and all the services that are available on HEBFCU . I like the ability to pay bills and deposit checks. Very handy and easy

I wish you could make external transfers from the mobile app.

App is great now, with the addition of Face ID support.

I don't know how I ever lived without HEBFCU. I love my text when I have a low balance, which lets me transfer funds at that time through my phone. Try it! It is awesome!

Easy to use. Self explanatory. Works every time. I feel secure using it. I like the idea of having to confirm who I am before it allows me to log on.

This is an awesome app. It's not overly complicated but still let's you accomplish most of the bank functions quickly and easily.
