Don’t use HEBFCU

HEBFU is probably one of the worst banks ive ever used. Their answer to every problem is freezing your account. I will be changing banks from them. This app is supposed to be helpful and it just caused them to freeze my account on a friday night saying they wont have a representative to unfreeze my account til monday morning. I work at a job 8-5:30 where i cannot use my phone and they are very strict. All of this is absolutely crap. All because of heb’s crap policies. Do not bank with heb and do not use this app. This app froze my account for no reason and the bank is prolonging it. My hard earned money isn’t accessible and idk when I’ll be able to access it again.
Transactions dont post on weekends!!!

HEBFCU app horrible, Friday afternoon all the way til Monday morning no transactions will show up so you don’t know how much you are spending until Monday afternoon when all the transactions kick in.

Don’t have Zelle yet. Difficult to update profile info. Bill pay is a horrible experience. UI is from 2008.
