- Some flashcards have cut off sentences, making them impossible to be done correctly.

- There is a serious bug that doesn't allow the app to open, which should have been taken care of weeks ago.

- The app doesn't allow for the use of gifs, animated photos, or videos on flashcards.

To resolve Brainscape network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Brainscape App
1. On android, goto Settings » Brainscape » click [Force Stop]

Clear Brainscape App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Brainscape » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Brainscape.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Brainscape » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Brainscape » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Brainscape
