I wanted to utilize SEHA to get my PCR testing appointments done ahead of time so I’d have less to worry about, but it’s entirely nonfunctional.

To begin with, SEHA crashes extremely frequently. Also as a visitor, you’re required to register with a UAE phone number beginning with +05, and it needs to match the format. Finally, the payment system doesn’t work with foreign credit cards — I tried multiple times over the course of a week and half.

Look up “24 Hour Drive-Thru PCR Tests” and use those instead. Bring your passport & address of current residence. Or you could take a gamble with the airport’s PCR tests. Good luck, travelers.

I can’t recover my prior appointment invoice / receipt. It says password required but does not open when a password is entered nor does it send an OTP by SMS to me. Some (we) users need our receipts for reimbursement.

I really like this initiative I really loved it. Following are few points I’d like to see in the next update:
- password or/and fingerprint to access SEHA in order to maintain the user’s privacy.
- the option to add more than one account in case someone would like to access the records of kids and elderly.
- to add section for education materials.

I entered 4 of our 5 people into the covid testing booking and SEHA said “something went wrong.” Had to re-enter all over again. Second time this morning that this happened.

Also, why do we need to re-enter data each time? Couldn’t SEHA save profiles for each person? Booking would be much faster that way.

As of 24 June, 2021, SEHA is not updating PCR test results. Also, past PCR tests for January 2021 through 30 May 2021 have disappeared.
There is no way to contact anyone to resolve this issue. I tried sending a message to the develops, but when I hit the “send” button, I was redirected to the this app website. I have no idea if my message was sent :(

My experience with the customer service of this app was not a pleasurable one , I booked a Covid 19 test with them and I was unable to go I called them to cancel my booking , they said that the refund will take 2 months , till
Now I didn’t receive anything , iam trying to call them no one is picking the phone .

Linking UAE pass in order to avoid resting password million times

The rescheduling feature does not work. The appointments booked don’t show up on the calendar. Was told to delete and reinstall to fix the issues. Did that but still no luck. Very frustrating.

1- please don’t offer me an appointment and then I have to wait for 2 hours in a cue please be specific when provide appointments to people . Please don’t accept above your medical center capability. I spent more than 2 hours in a cue .
2- where is the refund options as you provided on your application !!

It is all about money .
What a waste of time and money .
At the end I went to a hospital and did my covid 19 test , it was so simple , express and easy .

The application does not login after upgrading it . Also feature like forget password does not work . This is a critical app and all this issues need to be addressed and fixed .

Absolutely horrible app that doesn’t even work. It’s as if children have made SEHA as a school project.

Try to register using all the proper documents, yet it doesn’t allow registration (even after following its “detailed” video instruction).

Try to call the given customer support / Technical hotline, yet they don’t respond. I kept the call going for an entire 6hrs and still no response…

Horrible app.

Tried to register but mobile number does not match the records. Then it gives you the false hope that Malaffi team will contact you within 24hours but they never do.

Unable to make booking for test , fail to process the paying step. Tried several times but all failed

Tried to book an appointment numerous times and After concluding the payment details I’m getting an error message

After update i cant login even after changing the password

SEHA is still not supported by iOS14.
I can’t enter my date of birth so it makes it useless.
The look and layout of SEHA is not easy to use.

ماقد ادخل تاريخ الميلاد يعني ماشي فايده من البرنامج اذا ماقدر احجز موعد هاذا من غير شكل البرنامج مب سهل وفيه خطوات مالها داعي

أحلى شي بالنسبة لي هي توفر أرقام الهواتف والتصميم السلس، بالتوفيق والى الامام

يوجد امكانية التطوير حول عرض المواعيد او تنبيه مثلا للمواعيد بعد ادخال رقم البطاقة الصحية
