it is very helpful app to guide inside and got notifications about all The Dubai Mall events but it need some improvement like clean unopen and old notifications, and make categories colorful according to the sections

As much as I am happy with the point system, I have to say I am very disappointed as most of my big ticket invoices were not acknowledged .
Shame

From search, entered two different store names. DubaiMall said they were in the process of adding them to the map. I found the stores on the map myself and was able to navigate to them. In-mall location also works intermittently.

It could be good if some issues fixed.
Some problems I faced that it malfunction sometime and shows the parking as empty or a lot of parking spaces in DubaiMall but when you go there it’s full, so you can’t rely on that.
Also in navigating for a store it’s a bit rigid and does not show you enough information.

It’s a great app and so helpful .. am in love with shopping and being rewarded by collecting skywards miles at the same time .. but unfortunately lately the receipts that I added them since weeks are still pending ?! I have no idea why .. even though I updated DubaiMall

App works...now...after numerous updates.

The notification keeps showing me that I have unopened notifications. I shouldn’t open one by one to remove the notification badge.
Please solve it. In general DubaiMall is nice. Thanks

App doesn’t transfer a clear photos of the bills & sometimes our bills gets rejected due to that even we have to inter the info of the date, shop name & amount . Strange why not to inquire from the shop instead of rejecting 🙏

Got a new phone and transferred my app onto the new one but DubaiMall asked me to log in again. Clicked the agree and continue button, got to the page where I have to enter my mobile number to verify but it’s not working. Keep getting an error message.
There’s not a customer service number or any number listed to get assistance.

Also, prior to this, I posted 3 receipts with both the actual store receipt and the credit card one. All 3 got rejected because I submitted the credit card receipt but I enclosed the actual receipt as well (used the long receipt form, 2 pages).

So help me figure it out.

Just downloaded DubaiMall , it’s excellent but there should be a delete option when you upload a receipt.

DubaiMall is very slow and not user friendly at all

Worthless app. Can’t locate you in the Mall (on their wi-fi and with Bluetooth on). Can’t search for anything but stores. Want to find a toilet? A taxi stand? An Uber pickup point? I wish you luck. Not with DubaiMall.

Do not use the navigation… it will take you somewhere else. Not working.

I am trying to log into DubaiMall after changing my mobile and I couldn’t due to the non-working SMS verification.

The latest update isn’t functioning properly with Emirates skyward, it doesn’t allow joining the reward program

Indoor navigation doesn’t work, navigate button does nothing when pressed.

It used to be a travel tool to me I plan my trip to Dubai with sale or events.

Now this tap isn't active any more, blank info Im very sorry for that

2GIS has a smoother and lighter floor plan

It seems like a good idea, but you need to make it available for the bigger display of the iPad. I have also found out that when selecting Categories and say for instance filter them by Restaurants the list shows the full list of stores, restautrants, etc. What's the point of filtering down if the list is shown in full anyway. Otherwise, it's ok.
