Got a new phone and transferred my app onto the new one but DubaiMall asked me to log in again. Clicked the agree and continue button, got to the page where I have to enter my mobile number to verify but it’s not working. Keep getting an error message.
There’s not a customer service number or any number listed to get assistance.
Also, prior to this, I posted 3 receipts with both the actual store receipt and the credit card one. All 3 got rejected because I submitted the credit card receipt but I enclosed the actual receipt as well (used the long receipt form, 2 pages).
So help me figure it out.
