ACU is absolutely useless since the update last week and it’s been days since I’ve been able to log in to even check my balance. It’s such an inconvenience to drive all the way to the bank to know what my balance is when I should be able to check it easily with ACU . Please make ACU functional!

ACU used to be just fine. Now, not so much.
-I have all my accounts nicknamed. The names of the account now say my full name and there’s no room left on the screen to show the nickname.
-transfers take extra steps now
-I just transferred money to all my accounts and the balance changed, but none of the transfers are showing up. Did I forget one? I won’t know until they all post.
-I deposited a check and there’s nothing showing me it was done. My balance didn’t change, the check isn’t listed as pending. Guess I have to just wait.
-the routing number isn’t listed in the account details anymore. I had to go hunt down a check to find it.
-I’m suddenly getting daily emails with a balance alert. My husband has set up a daily text and has gotten it for years. I’m now getting his text as an email and there’s no way to stop it because it doesn’t exist in my account.

Recently updated their app. The new app is complete Garbage. Made everything way more difficult than it needs to be. Just transferring money within your own accounts went from just seconds to now you have to jump through hoops to make transfers It’s crazy. I’m not sure why they did such a drastic change but I hope they come up with something quick to fix it.

Update:
Have found out that there are multiple ways to transfer fund still more difficult than previous app.

I’ve been using ACU for years and all of a sudden it just no longer works on my iPhone. It keeps telling me I need to create an online banking email or something like that which I have had forever and redid just to make it work. But ACU still works on my iPad so I know it isn’t anything I’m doing wrong. You guys need to fix whatever the issue is because it has been over a month since I’ve been able to use ACU and it’s disappointing.

I really appreciate having ACU available to check balances, deposit checks, etc. It’s pretty straightforward to use. Two changes I would appreciate seeing are: 1. staying logged in if I switch to another app for a second, then back to this app; and 2. Being able to customize the order of accounts and hide certain accounts like you can on the website.

I have been with this app for 20 plus years. No complications whatsoever. ACU is easy to navigate. Every option needed is accesible on a column. Online check deposits are easy to make and a confirmation email is promptly sent. Pretty happy with ACU.

This is by far the best credit union out there….. Excellent customer service in all aspects…. Thanks

When you misspell your password. It makes you retype the whole thing !!

Looking good so far! Gonna take a while to get used to the new layout but I like that I don’t have to retype whole password whenever I make a mistake.

I have been a member of this app for years.
I know that my bills will be paid for my account each month.
I check my balance and payments almost daily. I have used your check cashing and deposits.
I have some anxiety about how to transfer my money and bills to another bank due to me relocating to Columbus, Georgia.
I will make a call to your office to get guidance on how to transfer.

Ever since that I’m able to used ACU it has made things much easier for since out of the country

I love this credit union as it is quite convenient for me near where I work. How about, ACU makes life so easy and able to pay the bills and the credit cards so promptly. I will highly recommend this to anybody who has an account to go ahead and get ACU so that you can perform a lot of functions while on the go.

I love ACU! It is convenient to not have to go to the bank for a balance. It automatically closes out of ACU when I am not using it. It saves me a lot of time paying my bills! Thank you!

Never had a bad experience at our local Dupont this app. Everyone is wonderful.
And makes you feel that taking care of you is definitely why they came to work!!!
We miss Lidia but she did such a good job training so many to move up it’s like one big happy family and I’ve been with you for 22 years

ACU is so easy to maneuver. I had the opportunity to speak to one of the bank representatives on the phone and I received excellent customer service and support. I recommend any services offered by Americas Credit Union. Two thumbs up 👍

Balances in all my accounts right there in Home Screen. Touch the account you want details about and they are all there in history. This ap is very user friendly! My best to the developer!

I had ACU for years and all of a sudden I can’t login to my account 😡 I’m thinking of switching bank because i don’t know what’s taking money out and that goes with the new app. No specific information on transactions of whatsoever.

Awesome app! I am able to manage all my accounts with ease. Saves me a trip to the branch. I have even started loan applications! When ever there is an error (usually user error) I call the this app contact center and it is resolved within minutes.

I hate this new program. I would much rather have the payment come out of my checking account at the time the check is issued from bill pay. Let me worry about whether it’s been cashed.
