The app used to be just fine. Now, not so much.
-I have all my accounts nicknamed. The names of the account now say my full name and there’s no room left on the screen to show the nickname.
-transfers take extra steps now
-I just transferred money to all my accounts and the balance changed, but none of the transfers are showing up. Did I forget one? I won’t know until they all post.
-I deposited a check and there’s nothing showing me it was done. My balance didn’t change, the check isn’t listed as pending. Guess I have to just wait.
-the routing number isn’t listed in the account details anymore. I had to go hunt down a check to find it.
-I’m suddenly getting daily emails with a balance alert. My husband has set up a daily text and has gotten it for years. I’m now getting his text as an email and there’s no way to stop it because it doesn’t exist in my account.

Recently updated their app. The new app is complete Garbage. Made everything way more difficult than it needs to be. Just transferring money within your own accounts went from just seconds to now you have to jump through hoops to make transfers It’s crazy. I’m not sure why they did such a drastic change but I hope they come up with something quick to fix it.
Update:
Have found out that there are multiple ways to transfer fund still more difficult than previous app.

This app is absolutely useless since the update last week and it’s been days since I’ve been able to log in to even check my balance. It’s such an inconvenience to drive all the way to the bank to know what my balance is when I should be able to check it easily with the app. Please make the app functional!
