BankAustria doesn’t allow my screen reader to have an overview or access any of my accounts.

The latest update is crap. Nothing works. Failed to connect.
BankAustria makes me regret being a Bank Austria customer every time I use it. Outrageously bad.
The MobileTAN system is a complete mess on BankAustria. BankAustria thinks my phone isn’t my phone so I have to go to a bank branch to fix this. Very poorly designed.
BankAustria is more of a security risk than a security enhancement, with my name and data splashed across the home page and protected by only the thin barrier of a password, easily hacked by con artists.
Before, with the traditional TAN sent by sms, I was A LOT more protected because there was NOTHING to hack on my phone: no data, no identifiers, not even my real name.
I think I’ll soon return to the old system, even if I have to send 30 transfers to settle my rent every month. Or I may set up an automatic withdrawal system.
I resent this unnecessary and intrusive app.
BankAustria was fine until they upgraded it. Now I am unable to see my daily balance along side my other iPhone widgets. I don’t know why I chose this bank. 😡
This is prompting me to chance my bank. Ridiculous security settings, online support is not helpful and root. I am off to bank with another bank!
mobiletan is an utter disgrace
I couldn’t update my app on the phone! I don’t know if it’s because my iCloud account is in USA but if that is the reason I believe it is very silly to block BankAustria for international devices when there are a lot of international clients using your bank
Supposed to be able to get TANs for PC without logging in. Also, logs you out way too quickly, so you have to enter PIN again. I know these extra layers prevent fraud, but I could literally walk to the bank quicker and settle my transactions.

Very confusing to work with. I recommend that Bank of Austria take a look at BankAustria of Fineco Bank to see how to build a good banking app.

Worse accessibility. Worse UX. Worse security.
app is useless at the moment, because i get tan notifications, but when i open the inbox, it‘s empty. can‘t authorize any payments.
I want to know where can I immidatly logout, when I finish my transaction?
I coud not find it, and that is security looking bad.
Program fails to open from time to time. Also will not restart properly after a session times out, and the timeout is too quick if entering a new account to transfer fund to. Fails periodically for online purchase signing.
Quite a few notches below other Banks’ online portals. Not boosting Bank Austria’s image...
Ja wenn es gibt noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie zBsp Log off Symbol direkt oben auf der Startseiten, weil man ja oft nur Kontostand schauen möchte und wieder ausloggen.
Hatte noch nicht alle Funktionen ausprobiert, aber Gratulation es ist eine sehr gute App geworden.

Das neue Update gefällt mir sehr gut, nur bei anzeigen(Aufrufen) der Mitteilungen wird ein schwarzer Bildschirm angezeigt. Muss das App dann wieder neu starten. Wird aber sicher bei dem nächsten Update behoben.
