I've been blocked from my app. This has never happened before.

Can’t clip digital coupons

Regarding Stop and 'Shop North Andover on Turnpike Street. This store is hemorraging with bad publicity on the local internet. The mail entrance has been broken for more than two months. Yesterday the deli wall department was completely empty of product. Was told the regrigeration had broken down. The store shelves were pretty empty by 6PM when I was shopping. People are companing that in dairy expired items are on the shelves. I have experienced this myself. Are you closing this store which is the rumor????? If not, the bad publicity over the internet will shut it down. People are already picking out alternative grocery stores. I want my old store of a year ago back!!!!! Weekly ad and coupons won’t display.says you are having technical issues,try back later. It’s been two weeks

Can't load any coupons (mobile app or website), even with 3 days left. Message: "Coupon cannot be loaded." in red type.

I can't sign in for digital coupons, keeps telling me error an has occurred. Re-loaded app, same thing again

a month ago my Stop and Shop 'Deli Order Ahead' function on my android cell phone app stopped working when you try to use the 'Deli Order Ahead' function. It just stops and spins it's wheels. I tried deleting and reloading the app to no success.

Can't clip coupons. Session does not refresh. As soon as I select view all coupons, the circle just spins and doesn't time out. This is an ongoing problem that is effecting a lot of people. There are other problems such as reduced selection of products. Some items in the weekly flier on sale are not available in the store. Products that I have used for years have been discontinued and complaining at a local level is fruitless.

Have been unable to use my downloaded card this year. 221271192995. Last year year was unable use a card mailed to me 2212719824848

Cart won’t checkout

My scan it wallet has stopped working. Removed app and downloaded it again many times it still won't work.

Cannot view or load digital coupons past few weeks.

Points are not loaded into my go rewards for gasoline.

Points taken away before expiring

Today is 9/3/2023. For at least a month now I have not been able to load coupons from my laptop to my stop and shop card. This is the method I have always used to clip and load the coupons to my card. When I choose clip coupon on my laptop in my account, it says coupon cannot be clipped. I even tried items that I wouldn't normally clip to see if I could clip them and still received the same message. Has the process changed on how to clip on a laptop? If not, how can I fix my issue? It says I'm blocked. Trying to place order online

Cannot clip digital coupons for over a week now. Get "Unable to clip coupon" message. Or try later. Cannot do from app on phone or from desktop. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Also tried emptying cache. What to try next?

I have an account on the app. I clipped coupons and have a shopping cart. I click on the shopping cart and the checkout button is grayed out and the only button I can press is the continue shopping one it never let me check out on the app why is that and how do I fix this?

My "Past Purchases" have disappeared. Any troubleshooting ideas?

I've tried for the last few days to clip digital coupons and the app and the website will not clip them. Get try again later msg for the last three days.

Tying to schedule a delivery, all are showing in store pick up 380 main ave only, cannot put my order in.

Cannot load coupons onto stop and shop card, and site also states cannot print them either. No going to shop there if I cannot use their coupons.

I can not get digital coupons to load. I have tried both from my laptop as well as my iphone. It just says the can't be loaded.

I couldn't add items to my cart in Microsoft Explorer or Firefox (4 Aug 2023). Had to go to Google to place my order. I tried clearing my cache, refreshing the web page in both browsers, rebooting, and nothing worked.

I use the Stop & Shop app often to download the digital coupons. For some reason, none of the digital coupons for the sale week ending 7/06/23 are appearing. I am especially interested in the digital coupons for St Louis spare ribs $1.99/lb, Premio sausage 2/$5.00, Friendly ice cream 2/$5.00, corn 10/$2.00 and Lays potato chips $1.97/ea wyb 3. Please help

Since your app updated last week, I cannot get any of the digital coupons to load. Even when I sign in online the digital coupons in the weekly ad do not appear in the list. I see the other coupons, but all the ones from the weekly ad are missing. Until the update I had no problem.

When I select a delivery time within the given slots and then select place order I get an error message.

I've signed up a few times with help from store managers and I don't recieve all coupons or am not recognized for digital coupons, so I leave store and go to wholefoods, very frustrating

The online order won't let me place an order. I have a time selected and a payment method selected, but it just says "Error" when I try to place it.

My stop and shop scan it app is not working. Recently the app opens up and starts up fine, it connects to the store's wifi and begins the shopping session. It even allows me to add a few items, then after a few minutes it crashes. I'm able to restart it, then it sometimes allows me to add items, other times it crashes again. The app seems very unstable, obviously this is not a good user experience. Do you have a fix for this problem?

I am unable to add items to my cart. When I click on an item to be added this error message pops up. Restricted item. Limit of 4 retail units of beer & liquor per order. I was trying to buy apples. No matter what items I tried to add, the same thing happened. I contacted customer service. I was told to clear cookies and cache, which should solve the problem. It did not. I did find that I could add as many items to my cart that I wanted, when I was not logged in. When I login again, those items are not added to my cart. After spending about an hour on the phone with customer service, I am not sure what to do. I did send them an email detailing what I just said. I thought it was a website problem. Turns out it was just me. The first time I called customer service, I waited on hold for 24 minutes, finally spoke to someone who said she would connect me to the correct agent, and I was disconnected. It has been a bad day. I don't think they care at all.

App stuck on page... PLAN YOUR NEXT PICK UP.... I can't get back to a home page to get to my coupons or load coupons

For the 2nd week in a row I can’t download digital coupons. What good are they if you try to get them and the app tells you they’re aren’t any at this time when the weekly ad clearly says there are?

I followed the instructions to force stop and clear cache; can't "update" so uninstalled, restarted my phone, and reinstalled. That was a waste of time! As soon as I logged in, the whole system froze again. I have about 300 points I can't use for gas. I was going to open a new account but others' comments suggest that will crash too. The main reason I go to Stop & Shop is to accrue points for discounts on gas. Looks like I'll change stores.

After an I.D. puzzle appears and I move arrow, account was locked and said there is a "bot" on this network.

Got a new card.Will not load digital coupons.Have to be loaded manually by person at register as raincheck.

I set up account. and every time I try to log in says invalid e-mail. I'm frustrated! Missing out on coupons and gas points. No problems until had to create an account. Help us please. The people at Stop and shop are great!

Been trying to use the Stop&Shop app to clip coupons, get my reward points, etc, etc but it’s NOT allowing me to sign in..This has been a major problem for over a month and a half…I call and can’t get a live person on the phone..It keeps saying there’s no person before me, but they never answer!!

App not working. "Error loading cms data."

The app is broken. It doesn’t allow log in. You can only log in using a web browser. The app is nonfunctional and has been for weeks. Meanwhile, stop and shop is making $$$$ because people who use the app can’t clip coupons, and there is no message on the app saying it is not working. It’s 2022 and this company can’t figure out why the app rejects all log in info.

For past couple of weeks, The stop and shop app will not let me login with my credentials. It’s definitely an issue with the app as i can log on directly to the website. They know, and don’t care. Hard enough to have to add stuff online in order to get a sale price, now they have ruined the app we need to get sale prices. Ugh

Session keeps “expiring.” Can’t stay on app for more than a second

A message comes up every ten seconds that says session expired. Every ten seconds.

Not able to get into the app or even through the internet and it has happened for over 2 weeks

signed up today, but cannot use - get "session expired" message every 2 seconds. Need help getting this corrected.

Haven't been able to use the app for weeks. "An error occurred while loading CMS data."

I have tried to log in on my computer with the correct credentials and just keeps spinning - connected to the house internet. Every once in a while, I am able to log in after waiting 5-10 minutes. Then there is my iphone. I have deleted the app and reloaded, use the correct crednetials and after entering, just spins then tells me there is an error.

It keeps telling me my session has expired and I need to hit "continue" to refresh but it pops up again and again.

My app no longer loads coupons. I resarted my phone, Uninstalled & reinstalled my app, called customer service & asked at the store. No one was able to assist. I was told when I called that they would call back but never did. I'm super frustrated & disappointed in your customer service

June 22, 2022 - I can't log into the S&S app, or open up the S&S website.

Froze up after last pick up order placed.

App and site says I’m Blocked possible Java Script issue or browser..My java script is updated thru Safari and on. Same with Chrome…has Stop and Shop installed a new format..I have been accessing and ordering for 2 years and I have no way to track my order or place an additional order.
