Difficult to navigate / waste of time

Feel like BoardEffect was intentionally designed to waste ppls time. Purpose of BoardEffect is to get board members their board materials. Takes 3x too many clicks to get to the files and is way to hard and slow to get things to open or download. Pretty disappointing stuff
