This App is associated with a company called Kohle Capital. My withdrawals have been blocked can still trade on App but it seems the Trader 5 App does not mind being associated with organizations who try to scam you.

Warning Do not send any money what so ever to GSLMarkets, they talk a good story and in the beginning, help you and show you how to make money trading, however you will never be able to ever get that money back in your bank account, they will find ways to delay indefinitely the return of your money. My entire family including me, my husband, son brothers were given the lucre of earning while sitting at home and so invested a swapping amount of our hard earned money with a broker named Sudhir. As of now we are all at a risk of losing all our money because of wrong algo trading. There’s no clue to the company name except for a WhatsApp number. EMERGENCY: After using the app for a couple weeks, my account made two trades on its own within an hour. I lost all my money. The first time, I thought I must have made the trade accidently, even though I could have sworn I didn't. When it happened the second time, I KNOW I did not order that trade. I was still trying to recoup my loss from the first fraudulent trade, and was being very careful about every click on the app. Both purchases were also made at parcel amounts of 5. I had been purchasing in parcel amounts of 2 for all my trades surrounding that. With the way the app defaults the parcel to your last trade amount, even if had made those trades accidently, it should have been for 2, not 5. I have lost all my money and if it cannot be resolved I will be ruined.

There is also one site recommended to me, Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) so please try this too! We are doing the right things to bust these guys! We need to remember that we have not done anything wrong and should be proud of ourselves speaking up and protecting others! Please don’t give up!

I would really encourage you two to do the same as they can see this is not just one instance and will increase the chance of them looking into this! @Alex, I know what you mean, it’s been hard for me and the amount is very significant for me. I received an email from them last night saying they will permanently freeze my account and then delete it and I will not have access to my funds anymore. The MT5 customer service openly said in a previously conversation that the amount will be transferred to their international account. They are just illegally taking all my money! If there are more people reporting Dumbll Limited then we may have a slim chance otherwise they will just get away again and again!

I contacted my bank today to help me withdraw my money and they said it will take 15 days if is not you can contact us again.

I invested on MT5 I can’t withdraw £2000, I call my trader Viktor on a number +44 20 8097 8062 and he said the money should be in your account within a couple of days since last Tuesday I check my account every day but no money been received I have been to Halifax bank today and they said if you haven’t received the money next week you can come back and see the issue.

I started trading on MT5 with the broker, Dumbll Limited (formerly MGPower Market Limited) in mid June. After trading for 1.5 months I requested a withdrawal. It was approved on the system and I paid over the tax, transaction fees twice, deposit and was forced to trade with at least 5 transactions and minimum profits of $60k as they said my new account was inactive when they transferred my account from MGPower Market to Dumbll. I disputed heavily with the customer service and they threatened to terminate my account if I don't comply with their regulations. After completing all these transactions and paying over more tax and commissions, now they said some of my funds transferred were unusual and I might be involved in money laundering and asked for my personal identity and security deposit of $30k within 2 days. I disputed massively and now they have frozen my account and I got nothing back from my investment.

I started with 1K, once at 1.4K I withrow 300 USD and deposited into my bank account the same day. I recharge 2K via the same bank acc, than other 6K. During June my profits arrived at 176K and was the time to withrow so I told the broker to withrow 70K, ok no problem, an email arrived from the trading company saying that the withrow of 70K was approved. Than the broker told me to pay 22% (15,400 USD) VAT to withrow the 70K. So now I don't have 15.4K. The 70K remain as withrow approved but on hold. They can't put back the 70K into my MT5 acc so that I can withrow less. Broker didn't advise me of the 22% VAT saying that everyone knows. Broker told me to try to help me to talk to the company to withrow part of the 70K but cannot guarantee. I'm afraid to input 3K without a guarantee of success. Anyone in the similar situation?

Please help.. my MT5 account has been frozen.. the first withdrawal I have made was $2500, the broker said that my account have been frozen and the only way to verify it is to deposit money of same amount, which I did the first time, I manage to bought USD $2500 but with admin fees it went $24011 so the transaction failed as it went under. Broker advice me to do it again but I waited for next pay day to do so. The next transaction I made sure that it will go over $2500 so I bought another USD for $2536 and it still didn’t verify my transaction. I am also a victim MT5 fraud by DIZICX Markets who gave me account login of Ibell Markets Limited. They booked profit and asked me to pay 30% in advance to get my profit. I paid 30% and never got any money. They stopped all communication. I file police complaint on cybercrime.gov.in. The police is investigating it now.
