This app is absolute garbage for trading when it keeps logging out after 10 minutes. Therefore I cannot easily manage trades because I spend all my time reentering passwords. Surely this app was not developed by traders! Just some people that know how to write code. I went to my phone settings to remove any battery saver operation and to use as much battery as possible but that had no effect. On the next update I hope they hire programmers that has actually spent a day trading.

I have a MT4 account and deposited funds through FXXtrader Alex Larsen 650k euro to be exact as i wanted to withdraw 450k the FXXtrader started first with a tax issue and then they claimed that i would have to pay fees upfront despite the fact that they were sitting on my funds which according to the MT4 account reconciliation and complete transaction history had increased due to the trading of "Broker"Alex Larsen to over 1.1 Mio.They refuse to let me withdraw funds and now my MT4 account shows a zero balance.If they can manipulate that Metatrader MT4 account at their own discretion then people should be warned as i believe this FXXtrader and Alex Larsen are a scam. please can somebody advise me what my next steps should be.And why does MT4 not act aginst people that use the Platform for fraudulent activities

Good day. I have read many comments and I have the same problem as many. I have Metatrader account with funds available but can not withdraw it as I am sure I have been scammed. The company FXXtrader and the broker Alex Larson. I would like to know how can I get my funds out and if so many people have the same problem then surely Metatrader should be doing something about it as these brokers see that they can get away with it and Metatrader is enabling these scammers to do this over and over. I am contacting you in regards to a scam company who are using your trading platform to rob people out of thousands of pounds. I was contacted by a lady claiming to be MS Alice Berg from a company called Finvesting who are owned by Sanako after answering an advert on MSN to invest in Amazon shares. I specifically asked her if she was from Amazon and she replied yes and that they were agents for Amazon I along with several members of my family are customers of Amazon and know your company to be a very good company who I have had not one problem with and therefore a company that I would be happy to Invest in. She told me that she was transferring me to a financial agent who would assist me in purchasing my shares and that is when Simon Genderk introduced himself as Simon and happily helped me to activate my coinbase account. I noticed that when he was in my coinbase account he copied and pasted a link onto a company called Jubiter and when I asked him what he was doing he said coinbase was the place to transfer my money into USD and Jubiter was where my wallet was. I was told that my Amazon shares as well as my digital yuan were purchased and put in a wallet in the Jubiter account which I later found out was not the case.

Hi. I had 800 $ in my MT4. I want to withdraw them and the customer service is telling me to give the adress..I gave them the address they said 20% handling fee in advance. I paid 200 $ they said the transfer is done contact customer support after 24 hours. After 24 hours the money are not in my wallet. I write to the customer service. They said that the money are sended to The London Stock exchange (I dont even know what is that) and to pay another 200 $ international tax :O. I wrote 200 things and they dont reply nothing except. Good day, I would like to report a scam by a forex trader called Primefin who are using your Metatrader platform. They are not releasing withdrawals timeously and are deceiving customers by making them wait for 7 business days thereafter indicating a further 10day wait. I have open trade positions in 10.03, yesterday my account status changes from mi us 20k to minus 42k, there wasnt any critical jumps in market for my opened positions, and then o recognise ,that my opening prices is different that when i open this positions. For all opened positions minus 2900 pips!! So thats because the mjnus rises to -42k from -20 in a second.. does my broker cheat on me and change something?

I believe that I have been scammed too. I bought BitCoin and transferred the funds to MKJ Global Limited (London UK). I traded for a few weeks, ups and downs... and then asked to close my account. MKJ Told me that the MT4 Platform had flagged my account as being suspected of FRAUD and Money Laundering. They claimed that because I also had an account open with Fortic Enterprises - and THAT Broker was suspected of Money Laundering - That MT4 was "protecting my funds from Fortic" and an investigation would need to be conducted. Since then, all of my contacts at MKJ have disappeared and I cannot get in touch with anyone. Does MT4 have such a program that it would flag my account? Hold my funds? Is my money lost?
