I try to open an account, I’m not going to get into how difficult, annoying and strange it is to open an account. I sent my documents and they told me to wait for confirmation that all documents checked out, so I closed the app. Two days later they confirmed my documents but when I go to login, the screen shows a loading page that loads forever. So I look for customer support, they have an email option, can’t find a direct chat support. I email asking for help to finish setting up account, but because I don’t have an account, my email is not in the system so they don’t even accept my message asking for help. Can’t understand who is in charge of all this but no way do I trust this app with my money, and neither should you.

My and my friends decided to move our positions to a different broker at some point. The process had taken 4 months and is still not done despite there being no complications. They stopped responding to my emails and even restricted my trading without even contacting the other broker to arrange for a settlement of the position transfer. I’m really worried that I’ll never see the money again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
