Cannot log into ZINIO on iPad but can log in on my pc.

I get signed in OK, but then the app stalls out, greys out, and I'm stuck with the spinning circle of death. I have let this go on for thirty minutes, thinking that the internet was just slow but, nope, nothing happens.

3/13/2022 7:50AM: Stuck at "Loading you library 0%". Can't access anything.
