Hello. I get ‘access denied’ when trying to connect to the portal, via web or app, from any of my devices. I am part of the MCPS system. We tried to log out from all our google accounts, clean cache and cookies… Could you please advise how to solve this issue ? Thanks.

ParentVUE iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix ParentVUE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ParentVUE app on iPhone
Update ParentVUE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ParentVUE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ParentVUE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ParentVUE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ParentVUE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ParentVUE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ParentVUE App
1. On android, goto Settings » ParentVUE » click [Force Stop]

Update ParentVUE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ParentVUE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ParentVUE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ParentVUE.

Fix ParentVUE unable to contact server/ ParentVUE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ParentVUE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ParentVUE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ParentVUE
