How to fix LuvmeHair app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LuvmeHair app on iPhone
Update LuvmeHair app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LuvmeHair iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LuvmeHair on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LuvmeHair network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LuvmeHair Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LuvmeHair not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LuvmeHair App
1. On android, goto Settings » LuvmeHair » click [Force Stop]

Update LuvmeHair to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LuvmeHair App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LuvmeHair » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LuvmeHair.

Fix LuvmeHair unable to contact server/ LuvmeHair internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LuvmeHair » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LuvmeHair » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LuvmeHair
