How to fix Moon. app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Moon. app on iPhone
Update Moon. app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Moon. iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Moon. on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Moon. network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Moon. Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Moon. not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Moon. App
1. On android, goto Settings » Moon. » click [Force Stop]

Update Moon. to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Moon. App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Moon. » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Moon..

Fix Moon. unable to contact server/ Moon. internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Moon. » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Moon. » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Moon.
