How to fix Stock Master app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stock Master app on iPhone
Update Stock Master app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stock Master iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stock Master on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stock Master network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Stock Master not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stock Master App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stock Master » click [Force Stop]

Update Stock Master to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stock Master App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stock Master » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stock Master.

Fix Stock Master unable to contact server/ Stock Master internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stock Master » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stock Master » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stock Master
